Bud Grants comments exactly reflect the man....and now fans can see why we won a lot of Cups when he coached here...Just a great example of how ,as a coach, you become successful.

We could use the guy, but obviously he'll jump at any opportunity to stay on NFL rosters...To him the CFL is most likely a weak afterthought, and until he exhausts ALL of the opportunities down south, he will remain an afterthought to this particular fan .

Adios to Picard...he was not getting it done as he is done...We will find a decent replacement, you know someone that can actually get the ball straight back into the quarterbacks hands, instead of falling at his feet. I believe father time has caught up with Picard and he should have submitted his retirement papers to the league...His play last year was abysmal and if someone else is willing to pick him up...good luck.

I didn't say I hope the NDP win another majority...it's just that I don't think the options are that great...IF we do get another govt., I hope it's a minority so we can chuck the buggers if they start screwing up..I have a long memory and was never thrilled with cons....federally or provincially.

Very true that he has made a lot of money in the states. Could be that he has it invested and getting a good return...Could also be that he would like to still play the game that he luvs and would like to add to that investment anyway he can....A 150 grand American is nothing to sneeze at but pales in comparison to nfl money granted...It will come down to how much he wants to stay in the game and that is a factor only Bilikudi knows..I think we'll find out in the not too distant future. Sure would like to know if Kyle has sounded him out or has bothered ever.

Bilukidi is a professional football player...realistically if he's not playing in the NFL (looks that way) then where does he play...I suppose we could trade his rights for a player of equal value, if he has a problem coming here...but I don't sense that or have heard anything in that regard...I hope to see him at tc and lord knows we could sure use him. Hoping for the best.

High expectations in Regina that's for sure...I don't see any miraculous turn around for them and if the fans think that, they'll be in for a rude awakening...Jones has to finish cleaning house before he even contemplates searching for better calibre players ..Sask. has some older players with fat contracts that need to be dealt with...There's going to be a lot of upheaval before they get back on track, and fighting to stay out of the basement in the west will be a challenge..I'm sure before the 16' season is too old, realization will set in and there'll be a few droopy faces in riderville.

...First of all...solid signing...next is if we keep Neufeld we better have a decent replacement in the wings in case he goes down....O line still needs a little work but I'm feeling a whole lot better now that Daniels will be in the fold for the foreseeable, Goosen as well.

...regarding Maas as head coach....I think we know first hand how co-ordinators making the jump to the coaching top rung fare..Look at our guy and you'll see the transition is not an easy one...I expect if the Esks. go that route, that the learning process is going to be a lot longer than a lot of people think...Surrounding himself with credible people will be key and I don't see very many available at present..

...Come on home Mr. Dyce.....I like his CFL knowledge and would be a great asset here to help this team regain some credibility
