He is considered an extremely long shot to make the 53 man. However, he does have PR eligibility left, although most of the NFL pundits are suggesting he won't be asked. I have heard rumblings of a verbal agreement being in place with him for his return. Don't know how accurate that might be. thanks!

did I hear right, that Brown said the defensive plan does not emphasize tackling, and does emphasize getting turnovers? there have been some really wacky plays this year, like last night, ball carrier with three four bombers around him and not going down. they look ridiculous. Is that this ball stripping thing going on? if so, can it, cause not only are they not tackling, the amount of turn overs, and what our offence does with them, aren't worth it.

little bit early to say Dinwiddie hasn't had success coaching isn't it? Not even half a year into his first gig, never mind that he was only brought in to be a QB coach initially anyway. The best players don't always wind up being the best coaches. Scott Milanovich wasn't anything exciting at qb and he seems to be doing fine coaching, Whereas Matt Dunigan was a great qb and not much of a coach. As far as being coaches go neither one of them has proven anything and how good a player was has very little to do with how good a coach they wind up being. up to this point, Dinwiddie has not had success as a coach, the team doesn't have a win, or has one, can't remember. Part of that has to be coaching. Other than that, I agree with all you said. Dinwiddie may well prove to be an excellent coach.

they have a guy who played quarterback at in the NFL, went to the pro bowl, I think played in an NFC championship game, excelled in the CFL, coaching a quarterback, and they have a guy who did not succeed as a player or coach in the CFL, who holds a higher position on the offence. But maybe to you, that makes sense. This board is getting pretty snarky.

Willy has been getting some pretty bad hits. not sure he can handle too much more of that without an injury, although he's obviously tough. Stating the obvious, on our run plays up the middle, the middle of our line was getting pushed back immediately. Zero room to run; even if it was adrian peterson those plays result in no yards gained. Are the other guys that much stronger/quicker than our guys? thanks dod great summary.

The other day, looking at Packers and some other team website, I noticed that NFL linebackers are huge, 250 pounds and up. Don't know if that's changing or not in the NFL. Don't know if Henoc fits their idea of a linebacker. a lot of American NFL coaches don't like to be doing anything new. good luck to him, hope he makes it.

just watched some guys on tv talking about how hard it is for football players, some of them, to stop playing. I guess he's looking at chad johnson, duron carter, and thinking it would be fun. Favre was in his forties wasn't he when he played for vikings?

A CFL team can have a Canadian at each of the three top positions, and win. A team can be completely turned around in six months.

It seems as though the coaches/players are able to work on these problems. against Edmonton, some bad tackling…. now, tackling is better, lot of penalties, now, penalties down, everything is getting better. I predict that special teams will be a lot better next game.

How easily we forget about our two 52-0 butt kickings..... I don't remember that one, thankfully. must have shut it off at 35 nothing. two headed shark attack movie was more interesting than this game.
