This seems like an overreaction. Bad game but the team has been great and I hope they all come back (minus Legghio).

All season long I said our horrendous kicker would cost the grey cup. Not sure why people here kept defending Leggio. He’s absolutely horrendous. Deserves to be cut. It’s also our fault for going with such a bad player at a bad position.

Think he's gonna be pissed when he sees it on film.  Collaros is clearly not a runner there, fake to Demski, pitch to Oliviera.  Hit is both late and a head shot.
League needs to do something about this.  Got teams on their 2nd and 3rd QB's.  Riders have knocked out two starters in games they lost, only one to a cheapshot but still.

How do we not go for two when we’re up by 7? A two point conversion and a two score games significantly increases our probability of winning. Then we miss the convert anyways. Just insanity. 

You can’t really compare established CFL vets to a guy like Schoen. Of course Schoen is going to be a better value when he’s on an entry level contract.
We haven’t recruited a receiver who - knock on wood - looks as good as Schoen in the Walters/O’Shea era.

I was playing against him in the local Rec league here this winter and I don’t think that man has an injury. He still moves like a gazelle. 
 
If he can stay healthy, he’d be a productive player to have with the right passport. He would be a good depth signing with the injury to Demski.

Why on Earth would I care more about a random back up WR from the US over a Canadian? I would rather that Canadian get the backup spot then someone who played for William & Mary and ripped up the Colonial Athletic Association. 

The CFL does way too much navel gazing on the product and misses the big picture.  Remember when they set the blocking rules on kick returns so that basically only a perfect block chest to chest was legal?  They overcomplicate things to the point of stupidity.  That’s my major issue with this roster rule change.  How the hell do you administer these rules?  
 
Take away one DI (won’t matter anyway if all the punters are Aussies), add two Canadian roster spots and axe the ratio completely.  Now the refs can call a football game instead of having subs reporting constantly, and you’ll have the same number of Canadians playing.  Is anyone worried that 20 imports will play the entire game on a 46ish man roster?
