NFL update on players potentially of Bomber interest
Getting everyone not named Henoc would be amazing. Although, I wonder if O'Shea would even be interested if Phillip Hunt returns to the CFL.
-
Nick Moore
You're right, Nick Moore isn't worthy of a roster spot and is going to be cut tomorrow in favor of stud players like Romby Bryant and Aaron Kelly.
-
Nick Moore
If he's out I start Sears and JFG over Romby and Sherman.

Willy injured at practice
So was Goltz. Division 3, versus division 1, 2nd round NFL draft pick. Hell, even on TSN last year they were saying there were reports from Bomber camp that Goltz was STILL reading defences at a division 3 level. Apples and oranges. 2nd round draft pick who lost his job to a 7th rounder. You have to be outstandingly bad for that to happen in the NFL.

Josh Gordon in the CFL?
Sad but true. It would of been awesome to have a talent like Gordon play in our league.
-
Jim Bell out as Bombers COO
I always wondered why Garth got the job instead of him.
-
Muamba, Inman, Dressler, Sheets
I'm sure Muamba will but this was the cut down to 75.

Chiefs release Weston Dressler(Updated: Now signed by Riders)
If SJ Green is apparently available maybe we should make a play for him? Although I doubt we'd be willing to give up much with Chris Matthews likely to return soon.

Jim Bell out as Bombers COO
I always thought he did a good job.

Eastern Division (again)
Of course the best six make the playoffs in an eight team league. It's impossible for that to not occur. It's a different playing field in a nine team league when a Western team HAS to miss the playoffs.

Alex Hall and Linden Gaydosh released by Panthers
Imagine if we had kept Milt, Bruce and Geroy together? Hindsight kills me sometimes.

DeMarco done for the year.
Second ACL in as many weeks, plus injuries to Reilly, Durant and Glenn. Not a good couple of weeks for Quarterbacks.
-
Alex Hall and Linden Gaydosh released by Panthers
In my opinion, not interested means not interested. I'd love if it was all a ploy but I don't expect to see Alex Hall back here.

Durant injured his hand - in brace - LDC.
Sunseri seems to be the type of QB who cruses our hopes and dreams on Labor Day.

To The Free Agents Who Refused To Sign Here. Go Stuff It
I admit it's quite comical to see guys like Collaros & Burris reject us, only to see us have three times the wins their teams do combined.
-
Eastern Division (again)
The real problem was moving the Bombers back to the West so quickly. Granted, nobody knew the Bombers would be any good this year but you have to figure the division with an extra team should be the one with the expansion team in it.

Alex Hall and Linden Gaydosh released by Panthers
Greg Peach has been better than I expected him to be this season, but does O'Shea really believe that he's better than Alex Hall? Alex Hall is exactly what this team needs.

Chiefs release Weston Dressler(Updated: Now signed by Riders)
Yes I believe that Ottawa will offer Dressler an insane amount of money, I also believe that he'll return to the Riders on a deal which both sides are happy with. I would take Dressler over Chris Matthews, but it's a moot point since we're never getting Dressler. Also, Matthews seems to be a guy who's a little underrated around here. If 2012 Chris Matthews walks through the door he's the best receiver on our team.

Lock of the Week 9

So I think we know who the better RB is now
The truth might be that we don't currently have a good RB on the roster.

Game Day Thread - Montreal @ Winnipeg - 7:30pm
Did you not watch the game? Turnovers were probably 4-2 in favor of the bombers. Did you? We had at least three turnovers.
-
Kory Sheets out for the year
Ouch.

The Good, The Bad and The Ugly - Week 9
That's the second time Nick Moore has fumbled deep in the opposition territory after a huge turnover this season. That's worrying in my mind.
-
SJ Green to the Riders?
It was nice to see Chris Randle shutdown Carter tonight.
-
SJ Green to the Riders?
Tier one talent, tier four effort. He's easily the most talented receiver in the league, but I just don't see the work ethic in him that I do in Dressler or Stamps.
