Garrett Waggoner
I have to admit that I haven't spent much time focusing on Waggoner until last game when he went down to injury after a ST play. 1) Is he back at practice? 2) Does anyone have any opinions one way or the other on his progress?

Shake Up at CJOB
Toth is no loss; he was personable enough, but rarely brought anything worthwhile to the table. At least with the addition of Currier you have a fairly astute broadcaster. You won't have the clear division between the serious news guy and the fluff guy, as you'll no longer have to endure KKs obvious lake of depth on anything meaningful. I can actually envision the potential for mildly compelling dialogue between GC and RC (particularly at election time)...something KK could never do. If she's still on the stick tomorrow, listen to the interplay between she and Dahlia (sp) when Kennedy introduces her show. It is the most inept example of a discussion between two wands of cotton candy attempting to be entertaining.

It's a great day for a win.

Non-Bomber Week 4 GDT
Riders clock management was horrible...Calling a timeout while on offense on the final drive...really? The score flattered Sask.

Non-Bomber Week 4 GDT
Before you go to bed tonight, say a little prayer that Duane Forde doesn't eventually implode and murder Rod Black at the mic. Can you imagine what it must be like working opposite that guy year after year? After the TD pass where Rod announced "Cato to the (SJ) Green Hornet" the silence from Forde was palpable.

Training Camp June 14
As you can clearly tell by my Avi, I am one of the few on this site that has the ability to read the future. For a taste; Wiecek will not only attend the racetrack in his Knottsian attire, he will be joined by a sassy Joyce DeWitt.

Bombers sign DL Ettore Lattanzio and WR/KR Justin Veltung
Intrigued by any 5th rounder that is referred to as, "a rolling ball of razor blades". (Walters)

One less Braley team in the league
Somebody call my name? Always good to get your take on all things Argo

Bombers sign Jamall Westerman
Man, I said this to 17to85 this morning on FB chat and he lit me up. I really thought Bucknor was solid if unspectacular last year. He more than held his own, and I'd have no problem with starting him again this year, if need be. Thought he was a really pleasant surprise last season. With the new rule changes favoring the receiver, unspectacular DBs will not cut it anymore. It also makes me think that there might be a better chance for us to start 2 Canadians at rec. because of this.

Willy Contract Negotiations
Drew Willy's QB style reminds me alot of Sean Salisbury. Except Willy takes longer to release balls from the pocket and doesn't take selfies. Forget about style, compare their pictures. They could be brothers.

New linebackers?
If Hurl is such a strong prospect for a starting LB spot, why did the Riders trade Ricky Foley for Emry (with concussion issues) instead of electing to keep both Hurl and Foley? No way Saskie trades RF if they thought there was any way Hurl could play full time.

Kevin Glenn's future
That clicking sound you hear, is B.T. rolling the dice on Glenn, Jamal Richardson, and Cory Watson...Only time will tell.

Length of Bryant's Contract
...and for clarification, that's Stanley, not Romby.

Length of Bryant's Contract
Does anyone know how long Bryant's contract is for?

I think Sears remains at Polo Park. My mom still shops there.

1 Toronto and 4 Cups (in 12 years)
Agreed. I appreciate the need to have a viable Toronto franchise in the league, but where does it stop, and how is throwing G.C. cash at them going to ensure their viability (especially if, by doing so it takes funds from other teams). I would love to see a timeline of CFL teams that have been propped up by the more stable franchises. Hasn't T.O. been helped in the past?

Around the CFL Offseason Discussion
If memory serves; weren't the Bombers one of the teams other than Ottawa and Saskie who were in discussions with Dressler last year? If so, wouldn't it make sense that they would still have interest?

Around the CFL Offseason Discussion
Word was Foley was not happy... According to Brendan Taman. No sympathy for Foley here. I'm no fan of B.C., but it was Foley who left Buono at the altar in 2010. Foley agreed verbally to the Lions before ditching them for the Argos.

Back in the lineup......
I applaud you sir. Great news.

Terrific start to the off season

Tom Higgins to return as Als head coach in 2015
Can't disagree with Jones given the improvements over last year. I do wonder if being a **** might cost him votes, unless he wins the cup.

Tom Higgins to return as Als head coach in 2015
Not only welcomed back, but a strong candidate for coach of the year

Durant to miss remainder of season
Seriously, that video made me laugh so hard I had tears rolling down my cheeks. If that video wasn't a mockery I truly feel sorry for the good people of Regina. And no, I won't be visiting Regina any time soon based on those attractions. Especially like the subliminal bit at 2:23

Pall & Pierre signed by Bombers
Regarding Chez Helene: I think it was a CBC move to promote french language programming into western Canada for the pre-school set. Protagonist Helene, was a matronly type whose "chez" housed a younger pretty brunette foible and the obligatory smart-ass puppet "Suzie". Suzie was occasionally known to share a recorder bag with Rusty the Rooster...much to Jerome's chagrin.

Max Power's HOT TAKE of the day: Welcome to Morning Big Green
Hey, at least they're an upgrade from people like Road Griller. ...and Mr. Perfect. Geez that guy... Haters gon' hate... I remember when you bowled that 300 game...you were outstanding.
