How about this - you can change your pick, but all QB sneaks scored by the team you changed to don't count.

Yes, always liked him. Didn't get enough touches in Winnipeg. He hits the gaps fast and has good vision. Can be slippery. But he stands too tall when he runs and often goes down on first contact.  

I let people change their picks for the following reasons:
I lock voting at the start of the first game of the week to make administering / tracking easier.  This way I know no one made a pick after a game started. Since voting does get locked at the start of the first game, if someone is late, I don't want to penalize them for all 4 games of the week.  If you miss a full week of picks, very hard to remain competitive.  I'd rather more people continue to play than not. Since I let people who forgot to get their picks in still vote after voting is locked, it only makes sense to let people change a pick with the same rules. If I didn't allow this, more people may wait until later in the week to make their picks, then forget, then miss completely, this again can lead to a decrease in participation.  This option is open to everybody, so I don't see how it is unfair.   Unrelated stat, but I find it interesting.  Most years there are a lot of people who play the first couple of weeks, then trail off.  This is for any number of reasons.  People forget, fall behind, get busy with summer, who knows why.  This is the first year we had 41 people in week 1, and while a. few people missed a week here or there, we still have 41 people playing this week.  Good to see.

Lots to learn from that game.  Edmonton exposed our coverages by running switch routes where guys cross and go vertical to other side of field they started from.
Our HB's and Safety made really bad reads on what route they needed to prioritize on some of those plays and Edmonton hit/almost hit several big plays off those.  Nichols kind of got lost on the TD and jumped eligible OL...but really who cares about that guy at midfield, not a threat, while Bridges stayed with his guy across the field and the other wideout got passed off twice, third time (when he turned vertical) to no one because Nichols was out in the flat on a OL.  Then he was running by himself to the endzone with the ball.
You know it's a bad bust when a guy is running completely free on a play from the minus side of midfield because our coverages hugely prioritize sitting on vertical routes basically until they cross the 30.
But the games are so long, have 4-5 negative plays are going to happen.  You want to be able to get those back with turnovers and sacks.

Jones balled out last night. If your biggest complaint about TJ is that our MIKE is not great in pass cover then I think you guys are really reaching.
