Chad Johnson was a pro bowler numerous times and said that with the exception of the elite players, the talent was comparable. Ricky Williams was also a pro bowler and said the same thing.

You know what, I think you're wrong.  You know how I know that?  Because the people that actually know what the hell they are taking about (the coaching staff) put Nichols in and kept him in until they were sure the game was out of reach.  He got a bit dinged last game and if they really believed that they were fine without him, that Streveler gave then the same chance at winning,  they could have given him the day off, but they didn't.   You can have your opinion, but it's a totally uneducated one and not supported whatsoever by the facts.  Other than that, it's fine.

Possible, but entirely without basis. And you are devaluing what Nichols brings to the table. Yes, the team is good, but Nichols is the leader out there and fully understands our system. The system would have to change for Streveler to succeed and he still is not experienced enough. 

No you are wrong. There are very few people that pump Nichols up as being one of the elite qbs in the game. The arguments come from people like you falsely arguing that Nichols didn't play well based on whatever subjective statistics you come up with and praise other quarterbacks because of whatever statistics you come up with when they didn't play that well either. 
See the problem for people like you, is that you have no consistency. You view the Bombers with a hyper critical eye which you don't turn on other teams as well. You are much more lax in your judgement of other teams than the Bombers. Which is why you always find yourself in these arguments. 

I don't think it's a case of "I Love Nichols" fans... It's a case of not letting people **** on him for unreasonable things. 
Honestly I think given time Streveler has higher potential than Nichols, but some people bag on Nichols for ridiculous reasons and need to be corrected about it. 

If that's a game manager along with a 4-0 record un the process gimme a game manager evry day then..when u look ar vcd the big numbers some G of these guys have put up..andnthen see their teams record..makes you kinda glad we have a game manager...no?

If you take away 9 of his TD's, his ratio is 1 to 1 and that's awful.

10 TDs and 1 pick....is managing the games, somewhat well, in my books.

The main difference between Streveler & Nichols? Streveler isn't Ready For Prime Time yet.

When Nichols goes through his reads, if the first read isn't there, he goes through the rest until he has to check down or throw it away.
When Streveler goes through his reads, if the first read isn't there, he panics and throws it anyway, panics and throws a pick, or panics and runs.
 
You can call it "trying to make a play", but it's 1 TD to 2INT this year versus 10TD to 1 INT for Nichols.

This is a good point, our special teams are killing it this season.

I think Matt Nichols should play on special teams and do a really shity job of blocking so that he can have a longer field to work with and rack up more yards. Lame that he isn't.

Pretty sure we're 0-4, bottom of the standings. Only team without a win, planning the rebuild around whoever is the backup to streveler once we run Nichols out of town

He had like 3 TDs on 8 passing attempts to start they game... they were killing the argos and got conservative cause the argos are no threat. 

Nichols operates the offence much more effectively than Streveler is able to at this point, which should be expected based on experience.  Imagine the offence has 7 gears, Nichols is able to shift through all 7 fluently while  Strev. is only able to handle the first 3 gears before grinding the gear box to ****.

He had over 100 yards on the ground again tonight so this is a phony narrative.
