And if my aunt had nuts she'd be my uncle.
Vaughters career sacks = 27
Ceresna career sacks = 46
Vaughters looked old and slow last season and was invisible most games.

We need to add a mind blown emoji to the reactions... to recap: Bombers added the best OL available, the best DT available, top 3 receiver available, best Canadian receiver available, and an all-star DB which basically got swept under the rug with all the other news...
As much as some people want to hate on Coach O'Shea... his reputation around the league is unmatched... and I guarantee some of those guys signed because of him

Or th spending budget was different... Or who knows what else. Why bother whining about last year? What's done is done... We move on to 2026 and things are looking up!

Mr. Perfect got a reaction from JohnnyAbonny in Blue Bombers -- 2025/26 Offseason -- Discussion ThreadI very much have a "meh" Nick Moore type feeling to this signing. I mean it's okay, I guess. As Mike said, a very small, soon to be 32 year old receiver coming off a year of the dropsies doesn't really create that much excitement. Mack obviously would have been much more preferable

Mr. Perfect reacted to aalgernon in Blue Bombers-Tigercats Game Day ChatTotally agree with this. Not sure what people seem to think Wheatfall has that's so impressive.

Mr. Perfect reacted to Goalie in Blue Bombers-Tigercats Game Day ChatConsistently leads the team in tackles tho so. He’s been good all things considered. Linebackers not a problem. In general.

Mr. Perfect got a reaction from Noeller in TiCats at Bombers early chatI know receivers, in general are divas but this makes me laugh. Dude. You're in the CFL. No one, and I mean no one is going to remember Kenny Lawler in 15 years.
Bomber fans will be gathered around a bon fire saying who was that guy that left twice that made the occasional great catch during the early 2020's and they'll need to spend time using Google to figure it out.
Relax Kenny. You're a nobody. You're not anywhere close to a legend or CFL hall of famer. You're, at best, a slightly better modern version of Derrick Armstrong.

Mr. Perfect got a reaction from Piggy 1 in Blue Bombers - 2025 Regular Season - Discussion ThreadThis. SO much this. The NCAA provides hundreds of players every spring for the NFL to pick through every year. The NFL does not give two shits about having the CFL as a feeder league. The amount of players who leave the CFL for the NFL on a yearly basis should be more than enough to indicate this.

Why does everyone think the NFL wants the CFL to be a development League?
They have one, it's call the NCAA. The players moving into the NFL from there are getting paid more there than they would here. It's not worth it to the NFL to have a league where a half dozen players per year MIGHT finally take the leap and become servicable in the NFL

Mr. Perfect got a reaction from BigBlueFanatic in Blue Bombers - 2025 Regular Season - Discussion ThreadI like the changes - or at least am willing to see how they pan out over the next few seasons.
The only thing I would have liked, in addition to the changes is if you're going to a 35 second play clock, teams should have an additional timeout. I could see it being much easier to sit on leads now.

The thing is - and I haven’t heard anyone mention this yet - if they wanted to go full American, they could’ve and didn’t even with the rules they did adjust.
They made the end zones 15 yards, not 10. They made the play clock 35 seconds, not 40. They kept the width of the field and the rouge, they just slightly altered other aspects of those two categories.
