So I think, just for clarity sake, what we're talking about in this thread is The Trinity wanting to bring in good people. It became public that they were watching how guys behaved around women at the office, how they treated support staff, and things like that. So along the way, before we won in 2019, there came a narrative on this board that we had too many choir boys (good choice of words, MG) and Osh needed to focus less on finding those nice guys, and allow a few more assholes. Now we can still debate this point, but as far as I'm concerned, we've brought in a lot of guys that are really genuinely nice people but also very good football players. We don't have guys that are necessarily assholes on or off the field. They play hard nosed between the whistles but rarely (if ever??) after. I'd consider Osh's plan a success....

You think Willie and Hardrick are assholes? Maybe WJ5 used to be a certain personality, but by all accounts that changed when he came to Winnipeg. I'm not saying everyone on WBBFC goes to church together 7 days a week, but from everything I've read, this is a bunch of family types who keep their noses clean.

For argument: Was it Woogie's best game of the year, or just the game he was targeted the most, and therefore ended up with more noticeable plays/stats? I feel like, game in and game out, he's very consistent, but is used so often as a decoy and a blocker. Tonight his number was called more often and he rewarded Buck/ZC8 for it. Also, I don't like this idea that it's a surprise Leggs is having a great year. He was an inconsistent rookie last year, sure, but he kicked like 93% in college and holds CIS records. I'm not the least bit surprised he's back to normal....

They'll be fine. Just a slow start...
