That's my white whale, for sure. I check every day for old Bombers gear and my favourite treasure so far is my 63 (no name plate) from somewhere in between 88-92 I think. Really want to find a Dunigan from his time here.... I know they're out there because I see them at the stadium. Hopefully one day it goes up for grabs. Randomly, there's some dude who has access to Bombers game worn stuff and has sold a few Doug Brown game worn helmets. They go for around 500 bucks so outta my range, but it's crazy to see that up for sale...

Media played God..... judge, jury and executioner for Harris. SB getting ****** because national media wanted to give a Lifetime Achievement Award to Van Zeyl is one of all time Schenley travesties.... Having said all of that, it all provided extra motivation for a team of underdogs to walk in and absolutely molly-whop the Cats in what turned out to be a (more or less) home game for the Bombers...

I don't care what the awards said, Andrew Harris was the Most Outstanding Player in the CFL in 2019, and you will never change my mind. That season, from Game 1 to the Grey Cup, is one of the most dominant seasons for a RB that we'll ever see. He was incredible that year, running, receiving, and blocking.

Yeah the biggest mistake was ever thinking CoFaj was ever going to be a true starting QB in the CFL. Career 3rd stringer playing dress up as a starter going on 3 years now...

every single day in small town Alberta..... trucks with flags and despicable signs/lettering. They found their voice during the pandemic, love the attention, and will not let it go. Whether they have anything to protest or not, they'll be beating the drum. Literally EVERY. SINGLE. DAY. I see these people/vehicles around town. Today, while working at a public event, I came across a "notable" person in our community ranting loudly to a small group of people about how churches and Con's/con's, need to all come together for the good of being in charge again. The world is going to hell, and they need to band together to prevent progressiveness and the so-called "woke culture". It just never ends around here......

I think EVERYONE loses the room at some point right? The most obvious comparison is probably Wally. Eventually Calgary moved on (foolish as it was) and then BC had to move on as well. As Dave says, just enjoy the ride as long as it lasts.

I think this is going to be the worst ratings for a World Jr's in TSN history. Dog days of summer, actual summer sports on TV, plus the stink of the scandal.... Having a hard time finding a reason to care much.

I'm not sure about the roster spot (and really doesn't matter) but Ellingson for Grant in the receiving corps is a pretty easy swap to make. Take a random Import off the game day roster and away you go.

Rourke is good, for sure...nobody in their right mind is questioning that. But the last time everyone was losing their **** about how good he is, we went and made him look pretty average. So let's just pump the breaks on calling him Doug Flutie 2.0 awhile. Calgary isn't a fantastic team, by any means, but they should provide the second best test for him, after us. Curious to see how these Leo/Stamps games go.....
