The allegations in his statement of claim are absolutely laughable. 

I've heard fans say they want their team to lose for whatever reason but once the game starts they are cheering when their team makes a good play, a big hit or scores and they have been happy with the win. I think you are in a small minority if you are actually cheering for the opposition during a game.

The Lions got $2.7 million from the BC government for the 2014 GC. The Riders got $6 million from the SK government for the 2013 GC. I don't have a problem with the MB government providing $4 million for the 2015 GC. It's a great investment.
