I do remember now that Hall got the ball away a bit late, and it was a typical Max Hall rainbow, but I still remember thinking Kito should have had it. As for me "piling on", good grief, I am just giving my opinion that I didn't think he could catch the ball, and yeah others drop the ball too, but Kito drops it more. So therefore I don't think the Bombers should bring him back. I really wish he had lit it up in BC, I really do.

I don't think I ever saw Rick House or Joe Pop drop an easy one. I don't think I ever saw them drop a hard one either. Same goes for Milt, and Perry Tuttle.

whenever I think of Kito I think of the game I went to in Winnipeg in 2013 against Hamilton. Max Hall laid a beautiful ball into his arms, and he was open in the end zone by 20 yards. He just flat out dropped the ball. Sorry but there's just no room in the line up for guys who can't catch.

Just like they make money from concerts.When it comes to FIFA, you can never be too sure that they would find a way to keep all the revenue for themselves and leave the Bombers with the concession money only. Hopefully it's as you say. According to reports when there was a soccer friendly here a couple years ago the Bombers made money. I can't see this being different. Even with just concessions it should be a good haul for the Bombers. Well there's one thing I know, if I'm forced to go watch women's soccer, or any soccer, I'd be hitting the concession stands pretty hard.

As much as people get excited about how far we have come as a society, and how far we still have to go (and I for one am so happy that we've come so far, I think it's fantastic!), the fact is that there are still many countries that would execute Michael Sam for who he is. And that's just wrong. But no one seems to give a crap about that for some reason. OK - back down the rabbit hole I go...

I agree with your assessment. The part that sells me on the whole Waggoner story the most is that we put one over on Wally B. Just the fact that he's sitting in Vancouver or Kamloops right now steaming away that the Bombers pulled one over on him is gratifying to say the least. Especially after all the years of watching the Bombers screw the pooch as rival GM's grabbed guys like Westerman and Mike Reilly right out from under our noses.

It's amazing what you can do when you actually have some loose purse strings and are allowed to hire quality people to go find quality players. Imagine that eh? I've said it before and I'll say it again, as soon as I saw that Danny Mac was coming on board, I knew that things were turning around for the better.

I honestly believe coach Kelly got caught up in an absolutely perfect **** storm with everything raining on him.. His standoffish stance didn't help matters at all but I mean the guy just won a coach of the year award.. Granted it's just ECAC conference coach of the year but still university level and still a solid award. Clearly he did not work here when he was here but I think it just wasn't the right time for his style of coaching.. He had some serious anger management issues, for one thing. Swearing at poor old Mitch and Bob on live radio was a sign that something wasn't right and therapy was needed. I wish him all the best wherever he is now, and please please consider coming back to the CFL sometime, and please let it be any other team other than Winnipeg.
