Nichols may never be a thoroughbred but he's a darn good mudder.
Exactly, this guy loves the slop. It's in his bloodlines.

No......can he be? Yes.
Exactly. He's putting together a solid resume as a Blue Bomber, fantastic W/L ratio, a handful of gritty comeback wins, making those tough throws I frankly can't recall a BB QB in the last 10 years making.
But he's still missing that final little something, that x-factor. That special something where the game is in the line and the fans think he will win it, not he can win it.
Keep playing like he has and he'll get there. Fingers crossed.

Wait, those are bad? Lawrence Taylor told me the opposite.
That was the 80s. Today's successful athletes stick to party drugs and strip club blowies

If it's true that they get paid a minimum of 750.00 per week (39k per year) plus housing, they're not doing too bad. Granted, it's not starter money, but they're not going to have to sell pencils on Pembina street corners after practice to make ends meet.
That's $750 a week, for the 20 weeks of the season. It's nothing.

It's a scrub move to call out players using the MBB Twitter account. Put your own name beside it if you're going to throw around speciation like that

Don't think I have control over that.
I think it may just be when there are multiple new notifications that it doesn't link you to the post in the pop-up. I'll try and be less likable.

Can we all just decide now that any Canadian receiver the Bombers draft that is not from Winnipeg is automatically considered a bust?
Because I'm in.
Drew Wolotarski is such a piece of ****.

I'm enjoying the slow death of these gif threads. Feels good man.jpg

So many CFL draft picks, including numerous 1st and 2nd rounders, have careers mirroring Richards. I don't understand the obsession and vitriol towards Richards on this site and the other. It's pathetic.

Any way to restore the way we could previously click on notification pop-up and it would take us to the post quoted/liked? Right now it seems that functionality is gone and we need to use the notification menu on the top right.

They should have either just straight up got rid of challenging penalties, or instituted a 10+ yard delay of game penalty if you challenge PI, illegal contact, or RTP and fail. In FG position and want to fish for a PI call to keep the drive going? You better be god damn sure it was a missed penalty or you're now out of field goal range.

IMHO they need to eliminate challenges altogether and just put a direct comm link between the ref and command center and each play they are talking over potential missed calls or wrong calls. for example play happens, refs miss an illegal contact or something, CC radios in saying they noticed an infraction between #XX and #XX, flag gets tossed. Or ref makes a call, CC looks it over quickly, and if they see if was wrong radio that in and the ref tosses his flag saying there is no infraction..etc
This 100%, something like the TMO from rugby. Ear piece with direct communication between the head ref and TMO at all times, TMO can confirm any penalty call, points scored, or turnover, and can call any flagrant penalties noticeable from the camera view that aren't always easily noticeable at field level.

Terrible, terrible decision. The amount of horrific incorrect calls from the ref isn't going to change, but now you've stripped down the small amount of power coaches had to correct this? Fishing for PI needs to end, but this is just plain stupid. Terrible start for the new commissioner.

I found it incredible how often Lankford was being targeted....and yet they still managed to find him almost every time. Not sure if it was called to him every time, or if he was just getting open every time, so they used him....but man, they went to him over and over and over again...
Ya but if you ignore Lankford's TD he actually played receiver pretty average statistically speaking.

I don't understand our offense. Over 40 points in 3 of 5 games, yet also with seemingly more 2 and outs than any other.
