BC really did us a solid.  What Buck did to Strevy last year was a freaking crime.  I really hope even with Zach back that Strev gets 2 or 3 series per game to mix things up, like we used to do, that kept defences totally off balance.

It was nice to hear that Osh admitted that training camp in 2024 was too easy & he didn't work his team hard enough compared to this year. Just like myself, you, wbbfan & more than a few other discussed last season on more than a few ocassions. Glad Osh can be introspective & admit he made a mistake. 

The in game ratio rules are too confusing and pointless.

We lost Streveler around Labor Day last year ... we had at most half a season to get Wilson some game reps and IIRC we only had one game against Edmonton that had significant garbage time where we could have put Wilson in.  The rest of the games were 100% dogfights and all were must-win to get the Western bye.
The very bad early record in 2024 and the Streveler injury really forced us to put all the eggs in the Zach basket and left us real vulnerable to a Zach injury.  
 

HH to Hogan who had a team put up 34 points and 450 yards without Zach and Brady. How many OCs have a team do that without their starting QB and RB?

Something no one has mentioned so far was I thought Hogan called a hell of a game. We’re going to score a lot of points this season whether it’s number 17 or number 8, I really enjoyed some of the X’s and O’s He drew up. I think you’re going to see an opportunity for good receivers to make plays often in this offense.

I get the frustration but the signing bonuses are a sunk cost no matter who plays now. 
Mitchell got 63K upfront, 148K overall, so $85K for the season,  ~$4.7K per game
JJones got 15K upfront, 120.5K overall, so $105K for the season, ~$5.8K per game.
It's game 1, so $10.5K to sit.

FWIW I really want to see JJones play and would prefer him on the roster. Hope he gets in soon.
Mitchell it sucks to burn the bonus money but whichever of the 3 vet receivers brought in showed the most in camp gets to play. 
Overall much better depth position than last year at receiver and LB.
