I thought Bryant and Randolph were more of a problem than Wallace honestly. Vanterpool for Randolph. Bryant had a bad night also. Willie and Vaughters ain’t it on D either.
The problem is the domino effect when you start making changes on the offensive line. In isolation, Wallace was fine but on the whole, the unit struggled. Was that the change or was it guys simply struggling tonight?
To me, it didn’t make a lot of sense to make changes to an offensive line that had exceptional game week before. I also temper that with the understanding we had a **** TONNE of time to prepare for BC in the lead up to last week. Had we not played well, I would have been worried.- rebusrankin and Blue-urns

Zach forcing another throw.
Bad decision.

Great hit by Bridges but that was offside on BC by a wide margin.

Did not expect our offence with zach to be worse than last week
I did.
I HOPED Collaros would come out and sling the ball around but the way he played down the stretch last season (and at times over the last couple of seasons) tempered my expectations. He still (mostly) makes good decisions but his athleticism and arm strength are waning.

Masoli has more zip on his ball while throwing off platform than Zach has when he has a clean pocket and can setup and step into his throw

Zach looking sharp AF.
Not really.
We scored but his arm doesn’t look great so far. A few under thrown balls with little zip.
Right decisions but this isn’t necessarily what I hoped for from him to start the year.

That was not a hold. Clercius should NOT have had a hand on the Lions players back but that was not a hold.

I'd love to see Bailey get some development time, but I really don't see the big deal if we go Weitz over him. Anyone saying that one has more value than the other to our roster isn't really basing that on anything other than opinion. We haven't seen either play enough to know.
Bailey could actually hold up while taking rotational snaps (and the live reps would do him a world of good development wise). Weitz on the other hand will never see a defensive snap and if he does, something has gone HORRIBLY HORRIBLY wrong.

I personally find it hilarious - he was penciled in by so many as MOP/MOC. Has to do nothing to earn his flowers from so many.
Off topic: I hate this expression with every fibre of my being. Earn his flowers? I've heard it more and more over the last two-ish years (at a point, almost daily) and it's just cringe. Just say "earned the respect" or "lived up to the hype". Pun intended - there's no need to be so flowery. It reeks of trying to make something .. a thing. Simple language is the best language.
On topic: Rourke has pretty much been a bust since he returned from the NFL. They ruined him last year by rushing him back into the lineup. He may never live up to (or have a chance to live up to) his potential and the hype surrounding him because of it.
