... as I watched (online, play by play) the Bombers blow their lead, then go into OT and somehow pull victory out of the jaws of embarrassing defeat.  😉

Maybe we should call them the Heart Attack Bombers?  Anyway, it is a good morning down here in sunny New Mexico U.S.A.  Keep it going Bombers!!!
 
 

I understand how it's easier to watch knowing the outcome, but man I am addicted to the rush of not knowing as bad as it is for my heart. I had a full glass of beer with 2 minutes left to play and by 1 minute left it was empty. That's how sphincter clenching that game was.

This team also does not help us old guys....trying to preserve our livers

Yes...this team doesn't help us old guys that are closer to a massive coronary everyday.   This is bad but I'm starting to record games now vs. watching them live.  Then watching them after I know the outcome.   It's just easier that way and my wife doesn't shake her head when she hears me yelling and swearing at the tv.

😣 oops... well, the way the season's gone, if they make the playoffs by crossing over to their own division... I'd be okay with that.

I LOVE IT!  I can't beat that air show for sure....no purple....well you know.

However, I can say that my little hometown today (Belen, New Mexico) was the stage for this and other scenes from this movie.  I got to work on the set as an extra one day.
 
 

Really, please don't wish injury on anyone.  It's just not cool.  We can be better than that.

Good Morning Bomber fans from the Last Frontier in the Lower 48 States - New Mexico!  

We are getting ready for our state's Super Bowl event - the Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta.  It is THE most photographed event in the world and it is spectacular!  In spite of this event, my mind is north of my border with the Bombers this week.  Can they beat the RedBlacks on the road?  And I guess I have to root for the Argos against the Lions.  And really, do I need to root for the Riders over the Eskimos to give the Bombers some room to avoid being the crossover team?  Or is rooting for the Riders strictly forbidden under any circumstances for Bomber's fans?   They haven't legalized Marijuana in New Mexico yet, so I am not holding out hope for the Alouettes against the Stampeders. 😉

I am sending some American Southwest, New Mexico-style MOJO your way in hopes of a Bomber's victory Friday night.  GO BOMBERS!

So, the Bomber's season isn't over as well.  Tonight the Bombers can turn the season around and roll into the playoffs ready to take on any team in the league......and go all the way to the Grey Cup!!!  Come on Bombers fans, let's do it!!!!!!  PLUCK THE ALOUETTES!!!!! (Pluck sounded better than what I was really thinking....ha ha)

My point is, Sask has the season series. At this point the Bombers need to beat out the Lions.....
Can that be done, I think so......but the need to put up wins. Simple. Right now 5 win's isn't going to come close. Realistic number is 8-10 or 9-9.......Do you see the bombers going 3-3 or 4-2 the remaining of the season? I do not.

If you don't do enough during the regular season you don't get to play in the fall.

For a miracle comeback to happen, the Bombers would have to have better coaching, a viable quarterback (and Nichols has been declining for a year now) and a couple-three receivers who scare the opposing defences. So far, we are zero for three on this.

Back in 2011, the BC Lions started the season 0-5, and went on to win the whole thing.  That's the most recent example that I can think of with regards to big comebacks for a team.

The sanctimonious disregard for others opinions who don't share your pie in the sky drug induced vision of our  crappy performance this year is overwhelming.
