The Argos winning the cup last year is a testament to why there shouldn’t be two divisions. If they don’t get the first round bye, they aren’t even in the cup. 
Hamilton and Ottawa are both better teams thank Toronto, hopefully things shake down in the standings the way they should this year.

June Jones has the Ti cats playing with a lot of confidence.  Amazing what a head coach with a positive attitude & playing guys to their strengths can do compared to Head Coach Vlad The Impaler who was finally told to go take a hike. 

Durant quiting on us could be the best thing that's happened to this franchise in a long time.

No prob...  aside from a small drive in the 3rd quarter... the Als did absolutely nothing and Streveler was making great throws all night long.    Our guys also caught everything thrown at them... no bad drops to kill drives.  
 

Loved watching Streveler take the cheap hit....then throw the TD on the next play.....and he was really jacked about that....

o-line was nasty and amazing. Talking s*** and backing it up!! I dont think a hand was laid upon Streveler tonight.

Think someone must have had a chat with Streveler. He did start sliding more before he came out of the game.

I agree.  That's why I posted it in a question.......how do you take a guy out that is exceeding expectations and doing his job at an extremely high level...with numbers to prove it ?........it's a great season so far.  

Teams will either spy him with a MLBer or play contain on the end. Its only a matter of time. But at that he can beat you with his arm, and they still are vulnerable to option plays. 
sherritt actually played it perfectly. He showed and dropped, spied and baited very well. But when an athletic QB rolls you either stay flat footed  or cheat in one direction or another.  If he can learn to use rolling and reading to beat spies and contains then he will evolve into a truly elite qb. 

Ahh yes ... Man oh man though ... I do have to keep in mind the Als are awful and not a great team to use as a QB performance metric.  But damn .... It's just the way he runs this offense and fires those balls like lasers at times that's just crazy how he does it.
Deepest QB roster I've ever seen on this team.

He has 6 TD passes,  they interviewed him on tsn and brought up that he set a record for throwing 3 td passes in his first two pro starts which has never been done in the CFL.    His response was that numbers and stats don't matter and winning regardless of who scores is all that he cared about.  He sounded like a young O'Shea.    The guy definitely is a team player.

It's just stupid to keep playing him though.  You know he's not going to get his team back in this, and by keeping on playing him you're delaying seeing if your other QBs have any value in this league.
 
If Sherman doesn't pull him, I'm going to venture to say Reed and Mack are forcing him to play Willy.

I hate to say this cause its wayyyy too early but hell he is only 23!  I hope he is not too good to stay in the CFL...and again i know its way too early..😃btw watching the game in Tulum, Mexico is highly recommended!😂😂😎😎
