Two games, two explosion plays.  Guess that was just pure luck.  Oliveira is probably done for the season, they can sort out the pecking order next TC.

yeah but as I tried to explain to you on the weekend, they are totally different types of runningbacks. Lafrance is much more of a receiver, as a runner Augustine is actually a lot better.

Yeah..in 2 games with our backups we have rushed for 341 yards versus their great run defence...shows you what they are when they play a good team

Yeah, people seem to forget that Augustine had a very respectable game yesterday (16 carries for 75 yards, 4.7 yards per carry average) against SSK's run D, which was ranked 3rd in the league coming in yards given up per game (91.1 yards per game)... only teams better at stopping the run is CAL (89.5 yards per game) and us (69.2 yards per game)

Yeah some people are selling Augustine a bit short. He played pretty well. Harris is just one of the best backs in the league so comparing to him is silly.

Oliviera has rushed for zero yards and caught zero passes this year...  we're pumped about him because he's from Winnipeg - that is all.  I'm cheering for him but he's a forum favourite and has proven absolutely nothing.

Cmon... if Oliviera or Santiago had stepped in and gone for 115 combined yards and then 135 combined yards - everyone would be falling all over themselves to anoint them the heir apparent

Yeah he hasn't shown more then other back up fringe CFL Ni backs. 
People love to hype average players who over achieve.
Ni rbs who start for years are extremely rare and so so because they still maintain a high level of production. Lacking that highly productive imp RBS are far too easy to find. 
Augustine is a small less athletic Olivera. And Olivera may not be a starter after Harris leaves. 

The fact that Augustine appears to be getting better at picking up blocks and has turned into an OK receiver is encouraging. He's no Harris, but if that's the bar.....

Streveler’s first run of the game was game-changing worthy, gigantic. But his tackle-breaking 21 yard run in the 2nd quarter was spectacular to watch also.

You guys are funny, Whipped?  Maybe, but I doubt it and I know you do too.  I am a stats guy, obviously you are the not worst statistically, so I knew that before I posted. Was just replying to a post.  But here is a stat, you have given up 1000 more yards in the air than us and we like to throw the ball.  If Fajardo goes over 300 again, we will win, simple as that. It will be a good game, looking forward to it
