I'm just sayin' - Weston Dressler has never lost a LDC in his career.

I used to be a RR fan but not what I see now. His age & injuries. He should retire.

Let's look at the flip side... 2 losses to calgary who beat everyone, one loss to edmonton with the same record and on in the first week vs montreal.... Seems like maybe the record is what it should be.

Bad teams find excuses for losses such as blaming the refs, fans ... someone farted while I was kicking that field goal etc... good teams fight through adversity and find ways to win.

Alright well it's good to know the general consensus on here is that they are the real deal... thanks for the feedback everyone!

As much as I would've loved to see the Riders get blown out here - it's probably a good thing they lost to EDM by so little, it'll hopefully help keep the egos of Bomber players in check and prevent them from underestimating next weeks game at Mosaic.

Waggoner and all linebackers starting and backup -- great ST tackling.
Love Wild, but Bass was everywhere.
Cole, Westerman, Cummings, Shologan, all the dline made nice plays.

I wouldn't move Willy for Durant. Durant may be a proven quantity but he is approaching the end of his career while I remain hopeful that Willy can overcome his current woes. I don't fault Willy for having issues I fault those above him for not recognizing the issue sooner and either pulling him out sooner or doing something more to help him work through his issues.
To be honest though I had not expected Nichols to return to his pre-injuries form. I am still very impressed at how damn efficient he has been. He is so different from the Matt Nichols of the last two years.

Bah! I only conspire against the fans and Rod Pedersen I am not a fan of them. I prefer the team itself to not completely suck. It is much more enjoyable when our neighbouring rivals push us to do better. It is also not good for a nine team league to have one team doing so poorly.

Never understood why once we have QB depth, people are in such a hurry to dispose of it.
Look down the line right now at the 6 playoff teams.
The backup quarterbacks, without Willy in the equation, would shake down like this:
Kilgore, Burris, Masoli, Tate, Lulay, Dominique Davis
... other than Kilgore, would anyone be in a worse position than us come playoff time?
I feel bad for Willy, honestly. It's sad how people have turned on him.

now you can say you've seen a Grey Cup win by the Bombers.  This was the first Bomber GC game/win I had ever seen.  Let's hope we all get to see some in this century/millenium.
