I think Maurice deserves it but I think Peter Laviolette gets it and he would deserve it s well.

Toby and Myers make a good team.  Myers is more defensively responsible than Buff, right?  So good pairing.
 
Chairot seems able to cover for Buff well.  It was during that time they were together that people started saying Buff was a Norris candidate.
 
And Stu and Trouba are great together.  Warriors both of them.

Keep buff and Toby away from each other except on power plays and it's not like it's the first time Toby would be playing the ducks. His size is irrelevant

A friend of my wife married a guy from Atlanta a few years ago. When he was here for a visit last year I said "sorry we took your hockey team". He said "you did?"

Caught someone on 1290 last week, no idea who it was, but he said something to the effect "fans in Atlanta are very happy for you guys".  Im sure they both are.

IIRC Calgary was a bit of a big, nasty team at the time, and the Jets promoted themselves as the good guys with the slogan "good guys wear white". They encouraged everyone to wear white as a response to Flames fans wearing red. Jets fans just did 1000 times better than Flames fans and it became legendary.

I don't think you are getting it, the Flame "fans" copied Winnipeg.  Winnipeg was the innovator.  The only thing that comes close for originality was the towel power of the 1982 Canucks.

I remember going to a couple of the early whiteouts against Calgary in the mid-80's - they were insane! It has to be a whiteout.

Depends on what happens with Minnesota.

I bet the teams at the top are saying anyone but Winnipeg.. Winnipeg is a type of team even if you win its going to take so much out of you that it will affect you later down the road.

I would rather see them play the Blues or Preds than the Ducks....my opinion.

All I know is, if you weren't wearing white at one of those games, you sure stuck out in the crowd.

Just to clarify, The Kings need to lose in regualtion for us to make the playoffs.
If they win and we lose to the Avs in regualtion, the Flames game is huge.
If we make the playoffs on Thursday and cannot make the 1st wild card spot, I would play Hutch on Saturday and also rest some people and see what Copp and others look like.

In some really weird way "that goal" against the Blues seems to be the best thing that could have happened to him. He's been on fire since then.

After watching Pavs just post his first ever back-to-back shutouts, I fail to see what the fuss  about Pavs is all about. He's keeping us in the hunt, and doing a damn fine job of it.
