well, now that everybody has cut this kid Frederickson, maybe we should see what he can do before he hits the field at training camp or the exhibition season. I'm sure that a lot of receivers were prejudged as not being good enough. The thing is, you can't judge charactder or the size of a man's heart.

Lots of politics in the CFL? It's worse in the NFL. The kid tried to find an NFL roster spot. Based on all his workouts after he was cut by the Packers, he wasn;t good enough. Time to move on as he gave it his best shot. Time for Plan B. If he wants to keep banging his head against a wall, so be it but he's running out of time. The problem is, he's U Sports trained. Not NCAA. Teams have a bias & don't trust his abilities.

Dagger night indeed. Am interested in what Chevy will say after autopsy is completed. Hopefully commits to something aggressive in re-tooling in the off season. At least the Leafs are joining us on the golf course, buffers it a bit.

He was drafted less than 1 year ago and then spent all of preseason with the NFL up until final cuts about 7 months ago. I understand people want him to make the commitment to the CFL, but until May, he hasn't really missed any unexpected time at all. In his mind, he is trying to parlay some UFL time into another NFL camp and that process hasn't played through yet. And until it does, any expectation that he's just going to pack it in is nonsensical.

If we wanna keep a receiver of that ilk...then Banks should be the guy as bigger...way better measurables...better pedigree...huge upside and almost shocking he is up here, and likely is gonna be playing dialed in with something to prove. He could also easily step in to the wide side WR spot right outta the gate and be easily eased in with us having Demski, White and Pokey stealing a lot of the db's attention and find himself in a lot of one on one situations....and he is a proven contested ball receiver and knows how to us his body to box guys out....Plus can take inside routes and work from along the l.o.s too...Dude has all the tools and came from a top notch school
