I'm not a die hard MOS hater, but every coach's time comes to an end sometime. Team has steadily declined the last few years. MOS's time might be now.

Quality coaching is seriously lacking in the CFL. If I had to rebuild the coaching staff without Mos, I'd do the following. Going young, Archambault as HC, JY as DC, and as HC, Mike Miller, Pete Costanza, with Jackson and Costello staying. Miller would be the OC, Jackson the pass game co & qb coach, Costanza would be the rb/wr coach, and Marty the OL coach. For proven guys? It is a really ugly market. Isn't Trestman still with the Chargers as senior offensive assistant? He's pretty old, Idk if he'd want to come back if hes out of football. June Jones has been out of ball for I think 2 years? U G L Y The only decent vet coach move was dinwiddie.

You really need a live slow motion shot to determine it. Still photos aren’t enough. This here looks like he has control and it’s a good catch. Others show him appearing to trap the ball. Really need a live slow motion shot. Couple photos look like the ball is being trapped by the ground. But again unless we got this slow motion look at it and every millisecond you can’t tell.

Osh has his faults but there is not an available candidate I would take over him. Any fan of this team knows how hard it is to find a good head coach. I would I guess go with Jordan Younger. He has adapted to different personnel and certainly has gathered respect around the league.

What about Marc Trestman? Chris Jones? Maybe CRAIG Dickenson? On a serious note, Khari Jones might be a fun candidate
