  1. Past hour
  2. Indeed. Got to be able to defend against old man Harris, in that situation.
  3. I would ask JT you still want to play next year? JT’s answer: Yup that’s the plan, I still feel like I contribute. Based on that answer I would then ask MOS I heard JT wants to come back next year and play. What’s your thoughts? MOS’s answer: Excellent, looking forward to what he continues to bring to our club. Based on that answer my next call is to Pinball Clemons letting him know how MOS is ready to become your new GM and head coach.
  4. If Salomonsson pans out like many think that trade might be considered one of the most 1 sided trades in NHL history.
  5. Can’t blame PLD for his injuries but another reminder how we made off like bandits when Chevy traded him to LA.
  6. Benevides might want to follow in the footsteps of Lapo ie moving from coaching to broadcasting. They had those two on together a while back doing a game and got into a debate at half time on how each’s adjustment, MB on D Lapo on O would beat each other. It was quite entertaining.
  7. John Hodge was. There were apparently 300 people there and only 1 guy booed the commish.
  8. Today
  9. Another tight race again that came down the end. It's a nice way to end an otherwise disappointing season! Thanks for running this every year Rich!
  10. Absolutely. Riders had a long field and needed a TD. BC 100% had the advantage.
  11. Well the lions could have tried NOT giving up big chunks of yardage the whole drive.
  12. At least you are hoping for the Al's. I thought BC deserved to win last night and I find sask as hard to take as leaf nation.
  13. and Perf will be back tonight
  14. Therein lies the rub: The Riders will score some points. Oulette and their OL did well in the cold yesterday. The cold weather version of Harris is good enough to manage the game. There's no doubt the Als D will give them a rough ride. But, if Alexander is out or playing at 50%, logic says the Riders probably win.
  15. I'd be good with a game similar to the ones we saw yesterday. And hopefully the decisive play will not be a non-catch.
  16. Congrats bigg jay, who is not just MBB champ but also outpredicted the best of cfl.ca (Steinberg at 56) and is currently tied with the best guy at 3downnation (Abbott)
  17. I love a physical, defensive, cold weather battle. So if that happens I’ll be thrilled. Though I think the average cfl fan wants a high scoring action packed offensive shoot out.
  18. Anyone at the forks to see the grey cup touch down?
  19. Fitting that BC's D...worst in the league by a long shot...choked the game away. Harris threw 6 passes on the winning drive and not a single one was defended by BC. Duncan-Busby dropped one, the rest were pitch and catch all the way to the endzone.
  20. BLM was awful in the 2nd half of this season. A lot of yards between the 30's and a major struggle to consistently score points.
  21. Are you talking about the 2nd last time BC had the ball? They still needed 3 first downs to ice the game. Sask had a timeout. They called a pass on 2nd and 6 when they needed that first down and 2 more to not give the ball back around 1 min. 2:35 when they ended the 1st down play. Way too early to just try to sit on the lead. There were literally 3 possessions after this. Needed first down. The final time they had the ball they ran twice. Sask used timeout after 1st down play.
  22. Agree on Als D ,i can see ole Trevor being plastered a few times.....
  23. AND the shot that showed the turf helped him secure the ball, was only shown once and scrapped.....I don't know what the hell the 'centre for the blind' saw, but it sure wasn't kosher
  24. We will see. But i’d bet it won’t be a good one. I don’t think montreals offence will perform well in the elements here, and I think ssk matches up poorly with mtls D. I don’t think it’ll be overly physical or a defensive gem. No particular rivalry between the two, and two teams with a tendency to play as much after the whistle as before. Hamilton bc imo, most deserving and the one that it would mean the most for as a franchise. And no, we certainly do not deserve it. I don’t think we deserved the record or play off spot. I think two years in a row we were much worse than our out come.
  25. And might I add as the resident toddler around these parts the difference between cheering for and pulling for. Much much different as in I will never cheer for any other team other than the Blue Bombers and the Jets but I may occasionally pull for another team based on how it may help our team and/or my different levels of love or hate for specific players, coaches, fans of other teams etc etc. Once again, thanks for coming to my TedTalk.
