That will never happen when we’re hosting the Cup. We’re still in a playoff spot. I don’t like our chances, but I can’t fault that mindset. When’s the last time we’ve tried a fake on st’s? Maybe run a fake on one of those punts from midfield.

We need a better D-line.....but offence is just terrible..... It s a pattern all year, this offence is no good, and coming out of the half it is terrible....our turn over ratio is terrible, or route trees are easy to defend, our o-line blocking schemes don't seem to work, no QB has had time and or about to consistently look even decent.... Sorry to those clamouring for a different QB....it won't matter...nothing will change

I agree. Just wanted it narrowed down. Strev should have been pulled and shouldn't start another game for us. I am also very concerned about our players attitudes and lack of focus and the coach needs to bring some consequences for that.

It's definitely tough to see this happening in a GC hosting year after the run in the previous decade. I'd be more or less fine with what's happening if I knew we had a chance to reload for a cup at home... But.... It is what it is. Going to be a very interesting offseason for sure.

Ironic since Kirk championed “free speech” as the foundation upon which to spread his views, even ones that were quite divisive. A lot has to do with their rigid ratio allotment...no sense with anyone that if you have a better option as an an American...or a Canadian...switch it up Also...just because you dont use say a Canadian WIL...but a stud one is available in free Agency...or via trade Go get it We suffered at DE since we low balled Jeffcoat so he quit...Flo was available via trade and t.o obviously wanted him out west...if we such a destination why didnt we jump on that? Lawson...and a young guy...or just a rookie import if we only need 1 Canadian on field...which generally is the case with how we set our roster We also need to adjust the ratio and not be so rigid with it and have these set positions regardless...causes us to roster inderior guys...and also let better players walk out door...or just get cut...to adhere to our ratio I sure it also dictates somewhat who and where we target in free agency and u.s recruiting....bring in best players you can possibly obtain...then sort out where u position guys It also helps in game with injuries where you can flip ratio positions with an injury if you have guys at multiple positions who aren't dead weight Yeah...show some emotion...get in a guys face Yank underperformers...Dinwiddie has no issue with it...nor do other coaches...if you hurt a guys feelings...oh fricken well....you are a pro...deal with it Stupid penalties...or continued miscues...take a seat for a series or two...send a message...heck...maybe the other they all starters guy will show something

Well here's one ....how about replacing the starting qb who was faltering badly and just trrrry inserting the backup in that game ....Change of pace could have done a lot....but standing there and watching your team struggle, with no plan, if Streve wasn't getting it done. was pathetic

I think we could all live with Lawson and Jake splitting one spot. And then some better depth all around on the line. It's really just that simple. Jake gets gassed real fast.

Our Dline isn't very good. Vaughters hasn't done much. Willie is past his prime and overrated at this point. Jake and Kornelson shouldn't be on a pro roster. Lawson is ok. Pearson is ok.

What would you have him do in game out of curiousity?

IF Streve can't go next game, we may see Wilson.....bout the only way the guy sees the field....Watching Osh on the field in Ham, you can see in his face 'oh boy this ain't working' expression....yet he does little or nothing in game time to try and rectify the situation...He seems as lost as the club around him ...

Our defense is decent but has some glaring weaknesses We run a 3/4 line, but when we rush a lb, no real effort to disguise. With only 3 down linemen offensive line adjusts easily The lack of physicality puts us at a disadvantage, qbs will hang in there, receivers are rarely punished, one of the reasons we dont get turnovers. Adding J Jones would help us at wil or ml (Smaller dbs, and dt that mainly just try to maintain position contribute. Sask with Milligan,Sayles and Reaves as well as Rose and Johnson are way more intimidating)

The game Griffin went to SAM...he got a lot of reps actually...and cause no actual stats doesn't mean he was ineffective...maybe they ran at and targeted elsewhere Plus he was key block on both vaval tds too...Adams as well was key in the one

Didnt blame it on defense...but they didnt do anything either to reclaim the game...they weren't gouged to death...but also didnt do anything to change the narrative either... Alden Darby for one, Marquis Bridges just this year. I'm not going to go through every depth chart ever but to say it's never happened is an exaggeration. Rarely happen? Sure. When you are winning 80% of the games you play coaches tend to like to stay with the same lineup. Give me a list of players around the league in the past 2 years that were replaced by teams with winning records mid season not due to injury. You won't find many because it is generally an act of desperation to do so. It rarely works out well. Unless a player is jumping off the page behind a vet they are unlikely to unseat that healthy vet unless that healthy vet has been struggling badly and even then 99% of coaches will still give that vet adequate time to turn it around. That's not something unique to MOS. That is the modus operandi of most coaches, and especially coaches who have poor depth behind their starters. Change for the sake of change almost never works out well.

Holm replaced Parker who was hurt...who essentially was filling a void When kramdi was handed sam...he wasn't a rookie...and really wasn't best option either

Yep, it's rebuild time on a big level and might as well start the airlift now and at least get some looks at guys for next year. Although I think our management and coaching staffs may be done for after this fiasco anyway.
