There are 4 teams that haven't won a Grey Cup since Ottawa did (2016) (BC, Edmonton, Hamilton, Saskatchewan). Of those, since Ottawa last appeared in a Grey Cup (2018) only Hamilton has even appeared in one. That play was really only between two people at that point... It's almost impressive that a 250 LB Defensive Lineman was able to hold off a 200 LB RB as long as he did running with the ball... looking at the replay it looked like he only had a 3 or 4 yard head start and actually stretched it a bit before he started to gas.

My Gramma took me to this game when I,was kid. I remember it being a blow out but remember it more for spilling hot chocolate on my hand and getting burned very badly. Had a giant blister on my hand and had to go to the doctor later that week lol.

Hardy, Lewis, Addison, Pimpleton is a pretty damn nice set of receivers, though Addison had a weird drop tonight. Ottawa teams are always less than the sum of their parts.

That turnover epitomized this OTT team, watching the replay all the OTT players are celebrating, meanwhile Oullette is the only one hustling to make something happen.

The frustration with O'shea has been consistent for the past 3 seasons- his rigid devotion to certain players, even when it was obvious that his loyalty was misplaced, resulting in a steady downward spiral for the team. He may be a nice guy and calls his mom regularly, but he has glaring deficiences as a coach which he has refused to change. I cite his retention of a certain ex-marine who had little talent but was kept on regardless, and his usage of Collaros in the last Grey Cup game. Every coach and even GM has a "best before" date and I believe that O'Shea has exceeded his.

The thing is Burke gave Dycw an extension & you have to ask why?? Dyce is a terrible head coach. He's never had a winning season as a HC & somehow he merited an extension??? Why???? With the coaches cap, the RedBlacks are handicapped. They can't get rid of him. Burke has truly built a losing culture in Ottawa. They need a housecleaning in Ottawa. Neither of them win. That's the problem.

Crum seems to be able to make things happen with this supporting cast.

Crum will be their starting qb next year and Campbell will be the head coach again. Dyce is very uninspiring as a coach, Dru is good but Crum just seems to give better hope at qb.

RBs still in this ******* thing but Jesus this should have been an easy RBs win if they hadn't ****** around on O... DB6 with some real bad decisions that ****** em.

I do. The day they're fired, I'll go to the liquor store & buy me Glenfiddich 12 year old single malt whiskey & crack it open to celebrate. Twelve seasons of this **** is more than enough. Both are old, tired & soft. Making questionable decisions. They're winning this season despite themselves because there's still enough veterans paying well enough to get the job done. I can see us finishig 9-9 or 10-8. However, another off season like the last where Walters does sweet piss all, Osh with his roster favouritism & just watch the Bombers fall off a cliff next season.

Please tell us what Walters actually did this past off season or what he's tried to do to improve the team considering we're hosting The Grey Cup? Please tell us the crackerjack job Osh has done with the team always fielding the best roster possiblle. Please tell us how the same 2 people running the show are suddenly going to solve the problems they created??

Jake Thomas is by no means our biggest problem. But he’s the most glaring example of roster negligence we can possibly ever imagine having. We start him and it’s not even ratio related. He could be replaced by an American tomorrow and it would not affect the ratio one bit. Unless our team is admitting they’re not putting out the best possible roster, the only explanation for this is that we can somehow not find a better DT down south than Jake Thomas.

Schenn inexplicably goes to pick up his stick, allowing the Flames to get the first goal. Net front wide open. Schenn and Fleury look horrible so far. Like beer league bad.
