  1. Past hour
  2. Love Tait, but he seems not right ,physically? Looks like he lost weight.....
  3. Posting this depth chart based on observations from those at camp. I haven't been out there to verify who is playing where.
  4. Last year for preseason you did not.
  5. Today
  6. MUNIER-BAILEY, the Global DE has missed multiple days of TC so far, sounds like they went out of their way to bring him in so hopefully they'll find a way to keep him around to give him another shot at making the team later on.
  7. If only he could entice Martha Stewart to snag a few frisbees at half time.
  8. Not only is the ratio a serious concern, having those 4, plus the two rookie candidates Gauthier and cadwallader. 8 guys dressed for 2 spots, when 1 (the wil) has half their reps filled by a db. That would be an awful roster issue to over come. That would likely mean 9 starting Canadians including no imp guard. Going into camp I figured start 2 di 1 cut 1. With Shay and smith, I think you keep 2 imp, pr one of the other 2.
  9. Hard to imagine them keeping all four of Wilson, Ayers, T.Jones and J.Jones although I suppose it's possible.
  10. I'd rather listen to Snoop do colour than Suitor.
  11. The outdoor carnival was filmed out at Lilac Resort.
  12. There's no way that'll be the case for these games. They won't shut out 99% of their market. I'm curious if the league will simulcast this on their YT channel... But either way, just gimme the goddamned game. Even if it's OB synced with the in house camera... Actually come to think of it, that might be better than the actual game feed....
  13. Wouldn’t be surprised to see an imp lber cut before game 1 at this rate. Maybe even a wave of cuts before the game. It’s going to take an insane effort for a bunch of guys to make lber. Imp wise you have to beat a couple established vets.Other wise 1 of Novak and weitz have a decent chance of making the pr. And nearly no chance of at the ar, short of a pile of injuries at lber.
  14. Can't remember exactly how CFL+ works but I think you need a VPN to disguise your location if watching within Canada.
  15. yeah. I bet snoop draws a bunch more than fiddy. Snoop commenting on cfl plays of the week would be huge. And wildly entertaining. I’ve heard he’s actually a really good hs football coach with an impressive understanding of Xs n Os. So 2 games on an actual tsn channel? Will the + games be shown on in stadium cameras with announcer audio again lol tsn never fails to disappoint with cfl coverage.
  16. If I remember right, a lot of that stuff on/near the water is up the west side of Lake Winnipeg. But ya, they shot a ton in the city last year.
  17. That's a lot of LBs now in camp NAT - Shay*, Smith*, Gauthier, Cadwallader, Novak* AMER - T Jones, Wilson, Ayers, J Jones, Woodbey, Brini GBL - Weitz
  18. Yeah LL is definitely dated & would not have been someone I picked but, at the time, it seemed like a pretty big name for a CFL game. Bringing in 50 Cent got them about 20k more people so I think they learned from that. Plus Snoop never turns down a chance to add to his jersey collection and he's big into football. Maybe they can get him doing some commentary since he's done it for other sports! lol
  19. One of the best huddles to watch so far, very much recommend it. I particularly love what he talked about in terms of Elgersma going to the NFL camp. Couldn't agree more. The pace of going to camp with the Packers out of the CIS is going to be an immense learning opportunity. This is basically the best-case scenario for him. Hope he makes their PR for a bit. Some great discussion on how he sees the draft picks this year up to rookie camp, too. That's awesome. Man, I cant wait to see how we use these young athletic guys.
  20. Winnipeg Blue Bombers sign sixth overall 2025 CFL Draft pick Connor Shay - 3DownNation
  21. lol true. I think it is a great way to target the wider demographic range. Especially with Snoop. LL, kinda meh, dated. Like Iced T he's probably known more as an actor than rapper at this point. Snoop is a big score, though. Probably a bigger name than we will see at the GC :S
  22. I don't think the injuries limited his effectiveness, it's just that you can't build around a guy who misses 10 games a year. When he was on the roster, he was a menace. I hate moving on from a guy like that, but I do get it. I don't think WJ is far off in terms of contribution tbh. WJ stays healthy, but he has huge streaks of zero effect in the pass rush while being a huge liability in the run game. At least with JJ, if he was on the GDR, you knew what you were getting. With WJ, you could get the MODP (which is all too rare these days) or a guy who is only visible when he's getting his lunch eaten in the run game. The number of times teams abuse him on read plays is absurd. I love Willy, and I get why he struggles and coasts at times. He gets slapped next to fellow linemen who can't create enough pressure to squish a Kraft cheese slice. He and our D are hooked on playing his spot for PKD. But the WJ of 17-21 is not gonna come back. The best we can hope for is a stretch like the first 7 games of 23, where he had 8 sacks, 15 tackles, a couple of fumbles, and PKD. Unless he is surrounded by all-star DL and rotated heavily, I don't think he can sustain that for most of a season anymore. I will always prefer to spend the money on the line rather than WRs. Especially in the CFL, where you instantly have room and the ability to create space for guys with the waggle. I love Lawler, Schoen, Demski, etc. But give me dominant line play any day of the week, and twice on game day.
  23. I saw him at arena in winter so i thought Christmas themed. Guess they shot a bunch of it here last summer.
