  2. Yeah interesting move. I don’t know that they look at him as a T project either. Elite run blocker, if he picks things up fast we might go back to 3 imp ol. This move smacks of wanting an imp guard.
  3. Being pushed isn’t just for a psychological boost. You’re right that Strev doesn’t need that. Bailey was far more of a self motivated competitor, but he still needed rosey to come into the pr and raise the level of play required to keep a spot in the wr core. He went from dropping a massive amount of balls and playing poorly to playing his best ball. He needs to be challenged for his spot, he needs to make better decisions and be faster in his decision making. When zachs out, strev is the default. Even when zach is healthy we need competition where the best player plays. Nearly all players are better through competition. If you look at weight divisions that are the best and are the highest level, it’s because you have many guys pushing the level of play up. Fact is, Strev played his best game in game 1, and has been significantly worse since then. When your calibre of play drops that bad continually, you need competition and to be pushed. We need to address the offence at every single level and position other than rb. Qb, wr, ol, coaching and game plan. It all stinks. If we had one improved, that would help the rest, but none of them are good enough even if the others were optimal.
  4. he needs help...as in actual receivers who can get open, win battles and actually do something after the catch....and most important....pull guys away fron the box...ZC needs that too even more

  8. Sask has been notorious for the late season collapse the last few seasons. 2022 - 4-1 start, finished 6-12 2023 - 6-5 start, finished 6-12 2024 - 5-1 start, finished 9-8-1 But 7-1 is their best start since they won the Grey Cup in 2013. It really all depends on whether Trevor Harris stays healthy.
  9. DB Jordan Taylor (James Madison) might be getting signed. He was added to the neg list on Saturday and removed on Sunday.
  10. I disagree. CS is drive and intensity personified. He knows the coach's preference for ZC and is aware the only way he gets to continue playing is to perform. I think it plays a part in some of the (poor) decisions he's made. You can wonder about his skills/mechanics and even his judgement but he is not a guy that needs to be "pushed".
  11. The 'Dinwiddie gets the most out of his QBs' effect. Even MBT was a much better QB in TO, than he's been anywhere else.
  12. I hate seeing back ups come in mid game. With prep I don’t worry as much. Though we could now call that the argonaut effect.
  13. Bombers against a backup almost scares me more. I think I have Rocky Butler syndrome.
  14. Psst, in the cfl, the real season starts on LD. We’ve seen red hot starts from them and bc before with poor stretch runs.
  15. I hate all the repeat games in the first part or the year. If vaj is out, I like our chances. If he plays it’ll be a tough game for us to win.
  16. I hope so, but I don’t think he will. I think his talent is top tier, but his polish needs a lot of work and time. Not a great investment for them unless they really love his intangibles and coaching/locker room fit. That’s the best case for us imo. Have him in camp next year with a year of nfl coaching. Other wise I’d alternate him n chase on the ir to keep both around.

  18. I really don’t know about that. He’s not a feel good story down there like he would be up here. It costs them nothing to get rid of him and bring in another body they like better.
  19. well now we know what's been causing that trouble with those earthquakes https://people.com/krasheninnikov-volcano-erupts-for-first-time-in-600-years-11783909?utm_campaign=peoplemagazine&utm_content=manual&utm_medium=social&utm_source=facebook.com&fbclid=IwY2xjawL86xxleHRuA2FlbQIxMQABHmevRj8iZxM1KRWz5K2D9r8cQrO4OPFNNdwJqwEyMdpJlXpZqdE4bxdkxCmY_aem_8yjl0GtODdVF6K0n8uj1nA
  20. Still lots of QB questions about this one. Is Zach ready to play and will he? What about VA for the Stamps. Same receiving corps for the Bombers? Not sure how confident I feel about the Bombers yet.
  21. Popular 1980s actor Loni Anderson of the hit TV series 'WKRP in Cincinnati' has died
  22. I feel like Elgersma ends up on the Green Bay PR.
  23. The real question here is: "Which one is O'Shea's kind of guy?"

  25. Agree with you about the re-upping of Collaros. That was more than a head scratcher. As for the OC position, it certainly appears that Hogan is in above his head and his dog paddling isn't working. I'm assuming that Jackson was brought in as a mentor but I'm thinking that he'll assume the O reins soon. His CV is a heck of a lot better than Hogan's.

  27. Riders are doing great for now, Harris tends to get hurt once the weather gets a bit cooler and his production then tanks. We will see how things go.
  28. FWIW, Elgersma doesn't seem to be having a great camp in GB. https://dairylandexpress.com/new-packers-qb-saying-goodbye-fans-after-preseason-01k1rhzeas0s
