I’d normally agree. However, his complete screwing up of his time here, and mediocre production over all for elite money, I do blame him for not making good here. We sat through that dui and his in too much of a child to take care of my passport crap. While paying him stupid money. His inability to stay healthy was a big part of leaving our wr core gutted. In the end, if you have no loyalty or accountability you deserve none. If it had just been injuries I wouldn’t blame him. But he screwed up more than once in a big way and it cost us. Short career, CFL not that great of a paying league, don’t really give him that hard of a time chasing the money other than you’re dead to me.

No doubt O'Shea is the main determiner of the personnel that make the team, but I can't imagine a worse way to interfere than telling the coordinators who they should play where once the lineup is established, especially on D, when they're switching personnel so often. Bet he confirms the player ratio and health status and allows them to do whatever they want with the personnel available for that game. He's said a million times, he trusts his coordinators.
