  2. Jan 1, 2025 - Jets on top of the standings Dec 30, 2025 - Jets at the bottom of the standings Pretty sure that's never happened before.
  3. Elgersma worked out for the Dolphins today. https://www.instagram.com/p/DS5uR8QEek7/
  4. This kinda started out as an erotic description.
  5. Today
  6. the quickest most fluid hips ever. He’s got elite closing and cod speed. Hes slight in build and lacks the physicality though. He couldn’t play bump n run on the corner, or cover TEs inside. He could play in a limited nickel cover role. He would struggle in run D though. That said, the steelers have leaned heavily on cover 4 with the Safety’s stacked tight. So Holm, would actually fit their system reasonably well. Id also add it’s useful to have guys like holm on the practice squad to help coach up new guys and run scout team D. It’s probably just a flyer work out for a guy with the raw tools and history of being solid up here.

  8. Pretty surprised by this, tbh. https://3downnation.com/2025/12/30/pittsburgh-steelers-work-out-all-cfl-defensive-back-evan-holm/
  9. Yesterday
  10. They played well enough to win but Winnipeg born goalies have the games of their careers against the jets in Winnipeg. It’s just a thing. Pickard was like 4.5 goals against per game. Dude stood on his head.
  11. Yeah. That was a wild game. Kelly had his moments
  12. Seems like Jake was in the video room lots. He put in time. He wasn’t great as a player but that probably doesn’t matter. Wade was a Jake back in his day lol, kinda different situations cuz Wade has a successful business career but similar really cuz both weren’t great players. Dinwiddie wasn’t good. Buck wasnt the best but not the worst. Osh was a good Canadian player, Mike miller our sp teams guy, he wasn’t an all star. I mean. I don’t want to go through teams in the cfl and look but guaranteed half the positional coaches were just dudes who played a few seasons or not even. They just played high school some of them. College. I mean. Who cares really. It’s pretty common for Former players to become coaches. And besides Jake isn’t gonna make Willie less lazy or any of that. He’s not the DC ffs. But I’m hoping our DL has a great year regardless. In reality shouldn’t be hard for Jake and crew to improve on 10 sacks all year really. Our DL sucked last year. I mean nowhere to go but up for them. And despite the narrative for a dude who played 13 years all in blue n gold, it wasn’t just him. And there’s some comedy in ppl on the internet sites thinking they know more than dude who played for 13 years in the pros plus school and prior years of actually playing football but yeah. Happy new year. If there’s a so called plethora of good Canadian dl coaches in the u sports then why don’t teams hire them. Hmm. And we out.
  13. All I need to see about this hire was that people are bitching more about it than they were about Hogan last offseason ”Brady supports it”
  14. THIS!! I've never seen so much discussion about a positional coach period...never mind the griping. We've never once discussed the good or bad of a positional coach...not more than a couple random posts anyway. Thomas isn't going to ruin the Dline just like he isn't going to turn them into some force of nature.
  15. Did you not read the O'Shea quote? He's a nice guy and people like him.
  16. He also shadowed for a full yr and was a coach in training his last yr when he was on IR all yr..and also is one of the best ever ST players and was called a coach on field when he was playing JT...none of the above...and was our worst DL now for yrs...arguably in entire league...big difference...huge So who thinks 180k for 2026..185k 2027...some guaranteed in 2027...and all hard money is good value for Kramdi...or money well spent that could have gone eleswhere? Perfect example of how to throw your sms right out the window and sacrifice talent u actually could use elsewhere...christ...good job
  17. If on field talent and athleticism was the be all for coaching and football operations positions....sorry to spoil the party but Wade should then be terrible............ Honestly who cares how the guy played, he is reported to know the in and outs very well, he has been on the PA and everything that has ever come out, he is incredibly well respected by teammates opposing players and those involved with the PA, he became his own manager, he clearly has respect and known intelligence within the CFL circles.....who the heck cares if he had a great swim move, or the fastest get-off, or had speed to play off the edge...that doesn't mean he didn't witness it over a almost a decade and a half year professional career......c'mon, really because he "bulrushes" well, do some of you really think, like honestly that, that is all can teach......really.....
  18. Lotta "eunuchs in a whorehouse" arguments in here...
  19. Who was Milts WR coach? For people who really have a hard time understanding how important position coaches experience is...who was Milts WR coach and how did he get Milt to do all the things he did? Who was Charlies RB coach? He must have been able to cut like him right? It goes on and on. This idea (that I'm pretty sure only Tracker holds on to) that if a player couldn't do something, that automatically = he can't teach it, is just incorrect. It's been proven as much at all levels of the game. How many times did Dinwiddie throw for 4000 yards in a season?
  20. Just because you can't do it doesn't mean you lack knowledge of it....
  21. If you can’t do it, can you know how to do it?
  22. Not that I am aware of, but I'm betting that one of O'Shea's pets will replace him and be an identical liability. If you don't know it, how can you teach it?
  23. What is crazy is that Yvensord Bernard also had 112 yards rushing in that game!
