  1. Past hour
  2. Its an interesting dilemma. On the one hand, most existing art is already inspired heavily by the work of previous artists, so the fact that AI can do it isn't exactly a problem on its own. The difference is that previously even work inspired by others took individual skill and talent to adapt. Now literally anyone can do it. I don't know how I feel about that.
  3. Both true. The NFL for all it's growth in the past 20 years is still extremely prone when it comes to getting in it's own way. Not as bad as baseball but pretty bad.
  4. With obscura primavera by CAN as my guide I've become aware to the fact that my presence within a higher tier of vacation provided me with the opportunity to live out the truth that our reality is absurd, for why else should I be standing here on the 18th floor of an apartment in downtown Winnipeg and thinking to myself: We must'nt have yet imagined small enough numbers? I stare down at the street and see a dark woman in white. She stands still for a time looking downward herself. When she begins to move, she does so unstably, as if she doesn't know where she's going, and I'm reminded shortly after me neither, and I'm reminded less quickly that it's easy to cry in this universe when you're doing the best that you can. And I'm reminded that I wish I had my slippers as I sit down to rest, soon-to-be innocent fun/let's see Arthur Russell With plock plone in sounds coming into my ears I think this playlist of noise was additionally well suited as selected by my guide, you know who he is. When you're high you can feel a thought having flown away and being replaced by another and this you can feel behind your left eye. There were other words I had wanted to write here but I can no longer remember and I remember we live in a society where diaries are less cringey when called letters and given out for others to read. Does it matter what's real when you can create your own what's real? I don't know but it's a requiem for a father s’been delivered and the duretti column where recorded. A personal playlist entry of mine reminds that it’s when listening to seabird innovations that you can close your eyes and know exactly where to fly with your head and whether or not and how high to lift your arms and take off I stand here high now indulging in moments while listening to jefre cantu-ledesma blare me into the faun The taste of absurdity is reminded to me by the arrival of Noah’s Ark and it’s a cocorosie something I'm beginning to familiarize with so I can better understand what's to come and what’s going on now. Perhaps it was just so I could say I like ii dive pt 2 just as much when I'm in Winnipeg and to be reminded the least people can do in their nicely convenient cubes in the sky in downtown Canada is to open their blinds to entertain those beneath with closed eye dance movements as you listen to your preferred sounds while high One incredibly cool and brilliant thing about Winnipeg is it's offering to the world of a particular spot of collected Inuit subconscious, and it’s one that’s been born out primarily in sculpture. Perhaps that was what I was supposed to see came to mind when into my ears came all I want sounds from the LCD Soundsystem I was dancing towards the window for the reason that all people do who do drugs because you're naturally drawn to the natural light with one convincing hypothesis for this being all the better for being seen by witnesses from other light years of distance and that was just natural anthem by the postal service danced out to the darkness of downtown Winnipeg against the earthly gravity of 9.807 meters per second squared. And who is it responsible for sending our written numbers off to the other light years distance with the sequence of words tied to each number to explain some internal of what previously was? I finished the night with the coocoo's coo of #ishalllove2 and a memory in mind of a young woman sitting in solace at the Winnipeg Art Gallery who stood up and took me to a Portrait of a Lady by Lucas Cranach the Elder and there she described how an older, since hidden, layer to the image shows a shrunken head on a platter before she drifted away and I’ve never since seen her again nor do I know where she floats 50
  5. And his takes are negative towards the cfl. "Cfl sucks, nfl is better" is not the type of discussion the cfl nor tsn should be striving for.
  6. We used to have Randall Island, now we have the Lawson Expressway.
  7. Agreed. If a non-fan is using "the last 3 minutes are too exciting" as an excuse for not watching, they were never going to watch anyways.
  8. It honestly wouldn't shock me if he didn't land on the Packers PR or went unclaimed. The NFL is all about shitty politics, optics and what sort of draft capital an organization spent on you. You'll see guys who never amounted to anything get chance after chance because they were once a former 1st or 2nd round pick (or worse if they had measurables that teams covet). An undrafted Canadian QB from a Canadian school is facing a tough, uphill climb. I *genuinely* hope he gets a chance to stick down south for a bit. Selfishly, I hope we see him up here sooner than later.
  9. yeah you would think....If not for anything a few weeks here....or there That being said...Undrafted Canadian.....Canadian School.....he definitely behind the 8-Ball as dumb as that is...the NFL political narrative and how/who/what they value at times over actual talent and potential is baffling to say the least I hope he gets to stick somewhere for a bit of an extended time...learn...and grow a bit and hopefully next yr decides to come north more polished and readu for a TC here where he actually can compete and not be learning/adapting In all honesty down there he is not gonna amount to anything...let alone get a real shot to more than a PR guy...maybe get the odd game here or there as a 3rd string clip board carrier
  10. Today
  11. Yep. I'm pretty sure he will end up on some ones PR this year. He should.
  12. Not shocked.. the way if the NFL...now curious if he clears waivers And if he does...do they PR him
  13. Honestly the main selling point of the CFL are the timing rules of the final 3 minutes. And arguably the most boring part of any NFL game when a team with a one score lead can just bleed the clock under 2 mins with 3-4 plays.
  14. That's the play everyone has been running on us all year. Leave the corner on an island.
  15. Yup he's branding himself not the CFL.
  16. The engagement is one thing. But I always say he doesn't get people talking about the CFL. He gets them talking about Luke Wilson. He doesn't say anything original or what people don't know....attendance is an issue, feels like some high level league execs are opposed to growth...etc etc. I don't really mind him. But I disagree with the narrative that he's getting people to talk about the CFL.
  17. Yet, we know Jake will get the majority of reps at DT. just because he sucks & Osh gives the big Eff You to everyone.
  18. And you're talking about him here & reading his posts on X.
  19. Sure, he might offend a few of the ‘bluenoses’ with his cocky stride and musky odours. Oh, he'll never be the darling of the so-called ‘City Fathers’ who cluck their tongues, stroke their beards, and talk about ‘What's to be done with this Luke Willson’?
  20. Sure, but he comes across as an ass the way he is condescending to guys like Bob Irving and former players. It's easy to identify attendance issues it's another to offer real advise on how to turn things around. Eliminating quarterback sneaks or changing the clock rules for the last 3 minutes to a game won't draw new fans to the game.
  21. Curious how much CTV/GLOBAL make now.
