  1. Past hour
  2. I am happy to see the Bombers land a big free agent
  3. I very much have a "meh" Nick Moore type feeling to this signing. I mean it's okay, I guess. Mack obviously would have been much more preferable.
  4. To me MOS comes across as a live by the sword die by the sword type person that is probably one of his greatest strengths but also can be one of his greatest weaknesses depending on the scenarios that present themselves. I think he might have a hard time recognizing when to use this strength and when not to use it but hey i’m just a rando guy on the interwebz.
  5. I like the idea of Robustelli or Eberhardt as up and comers to add to the American group. Could be a big reward. Still think we could and should improve our Canadian receivers with Brissett.
  6. Not enough imo probably puts them 3-5 points out of playoff pic at the end of the season following the footsteps of the Flames last couple of years.
  7. Really interested to see how this plays out with Collaros. Condell obviously loves him from Hamilton. Targeted White 8 times a game on average when he was calling plays there. Schoen had fewer targets in 22 and 23. Bombers really lacking vertical threat in terms of guys with some catch radius who can give a QB the chance to not have to pinpoint the ball every single time.
  8. We HAVE to move on from Schoen. He's cooked.
  9. Tim White's kneel for the Rouge in the 2021 Grey Cup is the only reason we won it that year Guy has always been undercover for the Bombers
  10. He didn 't like being Number 2 behind Lawler last year & I think it affected his performance. Eberhardt would be okay.
  11. I would love to bring a guy like Joe Robustelli to complete our core. 6’3, 220 he looks like a future star in the making. Just stuck behind a deep and talented core. Bring him in with White, Wilson, and Demski and now we’re cooking.
  12. White’s a big play guy? He had two catches for 30+ yards last season.
  13. Bridges is the guy I would go after next week perfect big body WR core needs
  14. Yep assuming everyone is healthy coming out of camp, that's better than Wheatfall/Demski and a hobbled Schoen we had our of camp last year.
  15. White is a big play guy, just need a big possession receiver that has blocking skills similar to Bailey when he was here
  16. Today
  17. Jets 49 points after 52 games 6-2-2 last 10 if they repeat that 3x in last 30 games that gives us 42 91 points thats cutting it close
  18. It’s definitely an upgrade over Sterns, it’s just really not the kind of player I wanted. He’s got the exact same issues Pokey does - he’s a target vacuum who has a low catch %, even lower catch % on downfield targets (White had the worst catch % in the league on targets deeper than 20 yards) and he doesn’t really bust any big plays, give us a jump ball target or take the top off a defense.
  19. White is a good receiver so it's a good signing. Now go get that big body big play guy and we're cooking.
  20. It's an upgrade over Sterns. It's helluva lot more likely that he will produce over Logan/Mitchell/Sterns did last season. Now if they can get Dunbar or Rhymes (assuming on a good deal) a tall receiver then that would be really nice. Or heaven forbid the club recruits and brings in fresh blood and gives them a chance.
  21. Didn’t say it was a terrible signing. Just doesn’t really suit the kind of receiver I was hoping for. 5’9”, gonna be 32 years old, fits that Justin Hardy style I just don’t really think I want with the pieces we already have.
  22. I like it as long as hes not the big FA signing. Hes a solid piece to a wr group.
  23. Great signing, he will make Wilson and Demski better
  24. Signing a guy with 4 consecutive 1000 yard seasons and who has remained healthy. Yup terrible signing! His receptions to targets was better then Kenny Lawler and nearly the same as KeeSean Johnson.
