Correct me if I'm wrong, wasn't Taman eyeing Brohm for quite some time?

This is good pick up big strong armed guy. If he would of came out of college in 2007 would of been a 1st round pick. Going to be a good battle for the back up spot.

McManus brought him to Hamilton and his input about Brohm was the basis for this move.

Don't know about that, but Joe Mack was eyeing him. He was on our negotiation list as recently as April 2013 but we opted to sign Chase Clement instead. We even worked him out once or twice.

According to Wikipedia he was preceded by Stefan LeFors at Louisville

A guy who can run but not pass ... too many of those guys out there. I would assume all CFL teams will take a pass (forgive the pun) ...

I can't really remember anything about Brohm other then the name.  a conditional pick in 2015 doesn't seem like a terrible thing.  Depends on the condition I suppose

Why not right?  They already added one QB they didn't need.  Just roster like 6 of them, play them as RB, WR,

You have no idea how thrilled I am that Goltz and Boltus are gone.  Neither belonged remotely close to on-field action.

What about the other QB?  Brown?  The guy from the Riders.  Is he still around?

Goltz wasn't as bad as Boltus and may have been a bit screwed over by bad coaching.

So I hope he gets another shot..... I just won't lose any sleep with him being cut.

It also will help remove more negativity from the clubhouse which is good.

Goltz was just too inaccurate on his throws. He'd make plays with his legs and then just miss his open receiver by a mile. That's something that I don't see changing, no matter who picks him up. I think JG was gone after he wasn't being used for short yardage anymore, his attitude kind of killed his shot, but also his ability or lack thereof.

Video on Goltz release per WBB website. Looks like he was too expensive for what the Bombers thought he would end up on the depth chart this year.

I don't see Levi Brown listed on the roster either so I would guess he is gone.

Scratch that -- bottom end is a 4th, all depending on playing time.
