Still, must admit I will be a little disappointed now in both coordinator hires.

Someday when we have a good team, I just hope we kick every other CFL team in the ass every chance we get. Maybe I'm overreacting here but this combined with Desjardins comments about the roster on Monday makes me angry. Tired of us being the league whipping boys.

Yep. If only there were some way we could win 22 consecutive GC's so the rest of league could feel the way we've felt for years.

Its funny, Kavis never had his players suffer any consequences, but Kavis has now been fired and no plan to be hired at all.. #consequences

Reed was the consequences. Shitty head coach.

Mark nelson is the only guy left that I would like to see here... After its pretty meh. Barron miles is not exactly experienced...

I shudder at the thought - but like I was not surprised by bellefuile, I will not be surprised when we hire marshall...

Twitter is just giving us the usual names...I think I am giving my vote to Barron Miles.  Wasn't it rumored that Washington wanted to pull him over to BC, even if it was a lateral move?

Nelson is close to Rick Campbell & is rumoured to be going there. Are the Bombers being too cautious? Not going for it?  My frustration level is rising.... Why can't we ever have good things happen to this team? Any excitement with the O'Shea hire now is just becoming a "Meh" kind of reality, it seems. Same **** different year. The perception seems to be that no matter who we plug in as coach or GM nothing changes. Mediocrity continues.

I was really looking forward to this one. Brutal to get scooped and now it looks like we're going to be a REALLY young staff with no real superstars on it....

Well you did go from the 'excitement with the O'Shea hire' to 'mediocrity continues' in the span of a few seconds once this decision came in.  Just saying...there's probably an in-between state that you could reach.  I don't think any of us are happy to lose out on Stubler.  Not sure that condemns us to the gloomy picture you apparently are envisioning.
