Crum runs for 250 yards and 5 tds. I'm calling it now.

  • At this point ,who cares? They havent earned **** all.

  • BC with Rourke is far better than anyone else in the West, despite what records might say. As it should have been last year, BC vs Als should be the GC....

We are going to miss aren't we....

All they had to do was win a game where the Edmonton ab had 130 yards passing...

Stamps, Riders, Lions - have not been much better. This is a good year for a hot team to go on a burner. Who that will be...is anyone's guess.

15-3, 14-4, 11-7, 10-8 and this year what 8-10 or 9-9. I wish these guys weren’t so far up their ass holes. We saw chinks in the armour in the 2023 season 14-4 record, that was visable, heck really if you want to be honest loosing to a back up QB on a team that was 9-9 in 2022 was technically the end of the magic. We’re been talking about the same **** over and over again for years now. How could management continue to blindly trust the same core that is in a steep decline over and over again. The last two years have been some of the least enjoyable games I’ve watched because I knew no matter what we weren’t good enough but most importantly this management group and coaching staff have no plans to get better. They’re stuck in 2019. Atleast the dark years had the faint hope that one day things would be better. I’m this team is stuck in ground hog day except each day gets shittier and shittier.

Lions have basically only lost to Montreal, in Montreal, by a TD in games they are trying to win since mid July.

They are the favourites in the West and in some ways might have a leg up on Edmonton not having to deal with that bye combined with all these meaningless games (for them) at the end of the season.

BC is a far better team than Edmonton.

I'd rather have Rourke than Fajardo, that's for sure.

The list of things I'd rather have than Fajardo is pretty length

I honestly don't think there's a QB in the league I would want less than him.

It would be pretty close between him and the sex pest. I don't know who that reflects worse on...

Sex Pest can at least play. Faj is awful AND he has arguably the worst attitude in the league.

Yeah talent-wise, it's no question. It's an absolutely horrible person vs middling player with a supremely annoying personality.

Maybe Kelly can learn from his many, many mistakes but I don't think Fajardo is capable of change.

But don't get me wrong... There's nobody I currently want other than Rourke or Mongo Alexander....

against the Alouette B team. That kicker really screwed the pooch missing that FG at the end. What was going on with Maas - he looked like he wanted to fight the entire Rider team, which I for one would have loved to see.

I don't get the problem with that call? It was 100% pass interference. You can't knock a guy out of the way as you go to bat the ball down. He very clearly runs into before the ball arrives and actively stops him from being able to make a play on the ball.

Really? Always thought you were a fan? ;)

Not sure what you are watching but from every angle its clear that the Montreal guy doesn't even touch the Sask receiver. He times things perfectly and knocks the ball out of the air, as a DB is supposed to do. You can't get more textbook than that.

What? lol. He runs into him as he goes to swat the ball. It was close, but he's early and his contact changes the ssk rec body position while also not allowing him to play the ball. Outside of that, he is holding him with his other arm, though I don't think that would have been enough for a penalty.

I don't know how to add photos here. But at the 1 sec mark it shows the MTL player in the air with his had up and contacting the rec. At the 12 second mark it shows the MTL players hand on the SSK players hip. And between the 13-16 second marks it shows the MTL players impeding the ssk player ability to make a play on the ball. Did the ssk player sell it? yes. Still a penalty.

His left arm is wrapped around the receiver's hip the whole time after the receiver makes his break. It's textbook PI. He turns the receiver and uses the leverage gained from the grab to knock it down.

Chad Kelly is known to be a competitor.

Yes, but the Lions are inconsistent, so its a crapshoot.

Id take Kelly in a heart beat had we only Terry Wilson and a broken Strev. We have multiple guys now that has potential, id like to see them getting a shot and using the money elsewhere.

Its a crime that Perkins didn't see real live action this season.

this is a good breakdown because that replay only shows the moment the ball is there... all we see in that replay is minimal contact and the DB makes a good play on the ball... I thought it was a bad call based on that replay... but I'm guessing if you back it up and the DB is holding his hips the whole time, that would qualify as PI...
