Judging by Ticketmaster there are a handful of tickets. I would be shocked if it isn't announced a sellout.

Zach might become the Bombers' 2nd all-tlme passing leader tonight.

I'm starting to get a bit concerned that Tim White has gone AWOL...

The fact that game was close speaks more to Elks inability to close out games than us competing. 18 pts on O is just not enough in the CFL and the 2 missed FGs hurt.

I'm in agreement that we are missing a jump ball threat at receiver, Canadian, American, whatever. But our OL was Swiss cheese at times and we turned the ball over too much. That's how you end up with 18 points.

White scored a TD. He wasn't the problem. Here were the problems... Problem #1: The OL couldn't stop the blitz. Problem #2: Our wideouts are a joke & it's not funny one bit. They better bring in some receivers who can go after contested balls & stretch the field. Our scouting has become a joke. Problem #3: After shutting up TSN & taking away Justin Rankin as a threat in the second half, our defense couldn't make a stop late in the fourth quarter when we absolutely had to & give up a TD. Problem #4 Injuries: Ceresna hurt, no surprise. Onterrria Wilson also hurt. Neufeld hurt. Problem #5: Turnovers. Fumbles in the first half KILLED the team. We would have scored if Oliveira hadn't fumbled. Daniels trying to leap over a tackler forgot about holding onto the football. Problem #6: Coaching This team wasn't ready to play which is no excuse for a veteran team. Just a shitty performance.

Honestly I think a ton of our problems on D stem from the idea they have that Wilson in the middle and Jones at Wil with Ayers rotating in a bunch is a fine idea... it's god awful and makes the DL and secondary look a lot worse than they are.

I might be crazy but looked to me like in the 2nd half Jones was playing more in the middle and Smith was getting the reps on the outside and the play improved.... let's stop wasting spots on american linebackers who aren't good enough. If we're going to handicap ourselves at the position do it with Canadians (it might be better anyway) and get some american help on offense and maybe another DB so we don't have to pretend Kelly is the answer to anything.

We need competition for Castillo at kicker.

No, we don't.

Ironically like the Jets were last season, we’re looking old and slow in some key places. Namely QB, LB, Oline, some of the Dline, some of the DB). Hopefully we have the future QB, but the airlift for the rest should begin, but it probably won’t. 😟

brady is cruising through massive gaps. edmonton has a good pass rush tonight but since the first two drives they’ve been solid. we just can’t pick it up and get it out fast enough

Yeah lines been actually good....Eli should be starting and with Neuf beside him...even better..Elsbury was prob the weak link at guard...Hopefully this stupid idea of going import at center and handicapping our offence is over...As we saw how 1 injury basically made us a pop gun offence...3 imports at WR benefits us way more than an import center

Watched a lot of the interior and Eli was moving humanity..was more than solid in pass pro and snaps were all right where they needed to be...more reps and cohesion...he will just get even better

Vibert I liked his energy and aggression as well as the 6th...more reps...equates...even better

And when you want to be the CEO style head coach you can't have useless coordinators. Younger unfortunately proving to be that in personnel and scheme match.

said before...too many times to count that all the heap on Osh is not all warranted but always was met with the yeah but's...he was a rockstar when handed a loaded lineup in prime...who wouldnt be??

But to construct effective rosters...maximize talent...heck even evaluate it, and what his coaches are doing...horrible...proof is in pudding if you really disect it

Thing that really annoys me...on sidelines stands there with his stupid smug look...almost a clue less look...never....or rarely seen coaching up a guy, to afraid to give anyone crap and get fired up...it's ok to do that...stands there and looks at his game sheet hoping it will have an answer...maybe coach the dam team and make real hard decisions for once...guy should never have been extended...14 yrs...time runs out on all coaches...his did 2 yrs ago already

Cobb is a fine depth player. Corcoran is ****.

yeah...Cobb has value and use as the depth behind Clercius and Neild..Corcorran...should not be on roster let alone starting lineup

Wow.....what a half....4 fumbles, two missed feildgoals.....multiple missed tackles....down 17-10....yikes we just didn't look ready at all

pretty sad that more often than not we look unprepared in a game...and coming off being embarrassed last home game...then a bye...wtf??...happens way too much and not sure what Osh does to prep his team....other than say "we will look at the film and fix the errors"....thats getting pretty old now...maybe look in the mirror...then look at the film and evaluate who wouldnt be starting on any other team...there's a good place to start

I don't know much about O-line play but to my untrained eye, I thought that the left side with Bryant and Wallace was under par when it came to pass protection, Wallace in particular. There were several occasions where Wallace was literally left standing still (ole) while an Edmonton rusher scooted around him, much to Collaros' chagrin. What are your thoughts on the left side of the line?

yeah there were some issues for sure...I was more looking at the interior i guess i should have said....I think some of it ..especially on some sets is communication issues maybe getting all on same page with a new offence??..I dunno but something in parts of the game is a like wtf moment

Like we run jumbo set with a TE and extra olineman and ZC still gets pounded or has no time to make a read...that shouldnt happen...these guys are not all that bad

But...when you have 3/5ths of your receiving group who would be hard pressed a make a JUCO club and being any kind of a threat, well any oline will look horrendous too...we are a poor coached team...flat out

Oh to have been a fly on the wall in the Bombers locker room at the half. Me thinks some ass got chewed out!

I actually doubt it...Osh doesn't have the balls to do it..wants to be the good guy and liked by everyone and not hurt feelings...an assistant or 2 may have tore a strip off

Just watch him on the sidelines...ho hum...twiddly dee..whats my play sheet look like...guy has almost zero clue in game how to stem things from going off the rails

Singer has to come on if Wilson is out, right?

Just a poor all around game. We need a receiver badly

said from start of camp 3 canadians at wr was the stupidest thing we could do...last night was a good confirmation

Need 3 imports who are a threat, and can be dynamic....do we have 1?

Neild is a good 4th option but he isnt dynamic or a game changer kinda guy...he works well flying under the radar as the top 3 guys take a teams attention....Once Pokey went down White was in tough and taken away from ZC for most part...and Demski wasnt what he was...Again current lineup...worst group in league...Dare I say worst than last yr and i didnt think that was possible

We tried to win a game with 2 American receivers and went quickly down to 1. That's pathetic roster management in the CFL where 5 Receiver sets are the norm.

how many times was that mentioned in camp...and early this season...we choose to run 3 canadians....we dont need to..thats the sickening part...and that's all Osh

You cant convince anyone Condell would prefer Corcorran and Cobb over Singer...or any import

Yes we do.

Well with 3 fumbles and 2 missed fgs leading directly to not 13 points. There’s your difference. Ppl talking O? Why. Imagine scapegoating Canadians when the D couldn’t stop Fajardo but then did but In the end, just like a couple years ago. We choke in the end. And on that last drive all those plays were made in front of vets. Nichols beat on the TD.

Collaros and the O put up similar numbers. The turnovers and missed fgs were the difference. If you have an American kicker you can’t be missing 2 fgs.

I thought collaros and the offense were fine (fumbles aside). But yeah you gotta make those kicks. Even if you only make one of them changes the end of the game entirely.

The game was lost on the dumbasdogshit 2nd and 6 bomb to Nield play call. Just absolute garbage. Youve got the lead and the ball with 6 minutes left and you call a low percentage throw like that?!?! Throw a 5 yard pass and sneak for the 1st on third down. March the field and kick a field goal making Edmonton need a TD to win with very little time left. KILL THE CLOCK MORONS. Just a dogshit call by Condell/Collaros. Unbelieveble.

I don't think that was the necessarily the first read on that play. Collaros was under pressure and gave Nield a chance to make a play because it was Cover 0. We just don't have the guys to make those plays on contested balls right now.

Demski is the best #3 receiver in the league and Nield would be up there for #4's. When they get moved up, we bog down a bit. There's less space for everyone, and at this point we don't have anyone who can really make those plays on vertical or even mid range routes well-covered.

I dont know, sure looked like Collaros was going there the moment he got the ball.

My OL analysis:

We have a poor technical crew. Wallace, Eli, Broxton all try to maul and are over focused on their assignment in protection (man) over being in good position. That opens up gaps for blitzes. In being so focused on one block most of the time, they kick wider (Broxton) and open their hips which opens up rush lanes. They also lose their feet when they start driving guys in pass pro, can't adjust to blitz because of that and open hips. Want hips to be parallel to line of scrimamge to make a pocket, not leave rush lanes for blitz.

Example: Wallace is over focused on DT rushing his outside gap (B for defense), opens his hips to work inside shoulder of that DT, he's driving that guy out but now Collaros backside A is wide open because Eli is doing the same thing on frontside A to the nose tackle. This is how you can have guys making a block but still blowing up pass plays in protection. Then your WIL/MAC/Safety is coming with a free run around those DL.

This needs to be corrected because everyone obviously watches film and knows they can bait our guys into opening up the middle then come with a bit of a delay where their LB/safety might have a run read then flip to rushing depending on how many guys we leave in to block. I would like to see us running fewer man protections and more space eating zone style where they just take what comes to them instead of chasing blocks. They really have to beat the bad habits out of these guys by simplifying.

Daniels is a mess in pass pro beyond plays where he is just chipping and leaking out.

Bryant is struggling to keep his feet and handle speed. He is over compensating for this by kicking wide which also opens up that backside B gap repeatedly. Makes it very hard to build a consistent pocket, especially against a team that recognizes this weakness and blitzes....which is going to be everyone against us until there is significant improvement in how our OL plays/how we handle pressure.

I’m not looking 2 much into yesterdays make shift oline. However I do see Stanley struggling to keep up. Age has caught up. I’d strongly consider having the talk with big Stan now.

On D? Our veteran guys are being exposed. I personally think Moxey is a bust, Nichols was beat for the winning TD, Kyrie and Stan are one and the same, I liked smith and I liked Ayers when he played, they can tackle. That’s more than the rest griffin is solid Kramdi should be closer to the LOS since he can also tackle fletcher sucks, ceresna appears to be, did he play??

But all in all, 3 fumbles 2 missed fgs and you lose by 6 or 5? Tells me if the bombers can stop the unforced turnovers, we actually would win

The going after Canadians is weird when it’s our extremely American D that can’t get off the field most drives and in the end, ppl can go on Demski and the O or Cobb who just catches everything thrown to him but our D let Fajardo drive the field anc left like a minute for our O, and you know what the worst part is deep down you knew the D would choke cuz they have choked against Fajardo before

D has been bad 3 games now

Was the O great? No but it’s the first game they weren’t, looking at the stats tho, they weren’t exactly terrible either minus the fumbles

Hate to break it to you. But American kickers miss, too. Castillo is still one of, if not the best kicker in the league. Are you suggesting we cut Castillo & replace him with Lewis ward?? Just because he's Canadian & therefore allowed to miss??

lol. Honestly. Some of you so stuck in your it’s the 5th options fault we lost that you can’t see the Forrest for the trees anymore. After every loss it’s the same garbage, ignore the obvious and concentrate on depth. Sergio missing did cost us 6 points, we lost by 5. Him being Canadian means Corcoran don’t dress or Kelly don’t dress cuz god knows it’s those guys costing us games by missing fgs and fumbling balls.

It means an extra American can dress. I don’t care if you think Sergio is the goat,, Bryant was also, he ain’t anymore and he’s costing us games. Just like Stan is gonna get Zach hurt.

No kidding... Lol. You're a passionate fan so that's alright. Edmonton & Calgary collectively need about 50000 of you Goalies. Yikes!! )

Ceresna left after first drive of 3rd quarter after he had his jock robbed of him on that run play..finished the series but kinda limped off....Talked with Osh on way off field and Osh showed him something on his play sheet he clutches...prob said "look at all my unnecessary canadians..pretty neat eh?"

Then he walked to locker room..not to be seen again

And as otherz mention..our offence is handicapped in a huge way even with white..pokey..and demski all healthy and playing

No real deep threat and battle winner...or some speed demon who will suck coverage downfield to open up things even if we ignore him

Was watching edm db's and more times than not gave Corcoran a quick look and left him..knowing he could have a 15 yard cushion and still make plays on him if ball went there. Some plays he was all alone..just running a slow non precise route...hope clercius is back soon as teams respect his presence ...
