Is this ever a guy we should take a run at? I really like Pokey as a receiver but not sure he's a 1A Superstar guy... Would you ever take a run at Hatcher as your #1 and then have Pokey and Demski as 2/3?

Interesting that they cannot retain all key players after a Grey Cup yr, and some at discount like we wer able to several post Grey Cup yrs in a row...tho we played that game a lil too long....but still...Guess the culture and wanna to run thru walls for Mace aint what its all made out to be...plus...It's always gonna be ....Regina

Loyalty is money comes first. The Riders are finding out how hard it is to keep their players just like we did.

You’re paying for the potential. Might be a great fit in Ottawa. He’s being paid like a number one guy now instead of being option 3/4 for Rourke. We will see how this plays out. I would not have been happy paying that price for him.

it’s true, but I don’t think broxton or ceresna will back out. 

 Broxton is leapfrogging every single ni ol in the league to be the highest paid. which is huge for an imp especially one who is 32, about to turn 33. 

Ceresna is getting 125k up front, which is huge, and basically 500k over 2 years which again is 31 turning 32 and off an injury. even though it’s minor and not really a concern for us, that’s scary as a player that age going into fa. 

Tremendous value for both, and they get to play in front of massive crowds on what is shaping up to be a contender again. 

This is pretty much best case scenario for both. 

it’s odd that now houston has all this attention when he was out of football for a good chunk of last year

looks to me like almost 300k per year.

We will have to see when the semi official numbers come out. I’m curious to see what allen got from ott too.

My guess is some Sasky players were uncomfortable with their fans ‘arrangements’ with other family members.
