He's absolutely an example of using the roster poorly but it's wildly unfair to make him the whipping boy.

He's the poster boy for one of Osh's biggest flaws

And sadly....he is not the only example of it...for several yrs....and that mindset of his...or his opinion ...and it's pretty much just his and as the HC he can do what he wants...needs to change in  a big way

I guess kolo and Jake are the biggest fails as they are the worst starters at their position in the league by far. Jake doesn’t touch the ball every play tho and sounds like if nothing else he’s a respect veteran. Kolo? Don’t hear so much. Jake I suppose deserves some respect for being a lifetime bomber and it’s not his fault the team keeps giving him 1 year deals.

Well, he is. Thomas on the roster starting is THE BIGGEST fail of this this organization. You may not like the criticism of O'Shea but if Osh wants to get everyone's attention to prove he's changed then releasing Thomas needs to be done. Thomas is the face of this team's country club memberships. Ain't happening.

I suggest that Kolankowski is an even biggesr liabiity. Thomas just gives up yardage., but Kolankowski gives up free runs at our QBs.

It’s not just what they give up…It’s what they fail to provide.

Shitty Jake is just sad to watch..and makes others have to work harder and be less impactful

Shittier kolo effects whole offence pretty much and when others have to work harder it at times takes them away also from their actual responsibilities...so a huge ripple effect...not to mention the QB needing to constantly keep one eye up the middle and not getting to see and read the whole field...a bad center...is the one position you don't want your worst slug

AND they're both in the trenches where control of the lines is paramount to help facilitate everything else to be successful.

It's maddening cuz it makes everyone else's job more challenging.
