1 zach. classic anti clutch zach performance.

2 hogan and his trash play book and play call

3 mos with another beaut of a roster that saw strevy at wr yet again due to injuries

crappy honker the draw play call and not taking our last time out

ole block of the game, kola blown up on the early tfl on brady

Honourable mentions, brady, wilson, lawson, nichols, vaval.

1. Zach, good first quarter then back to his patented Huck it..Chuck it..Football! brand of ineptitude.

2. Whatever our DL is supposed to be is a disgrace.

3. The coaching staff as a whole. The whole team had lackadaisical preseason effort. Coming off a bye week there’s no excuse.

Dishonourable mentions- Parker should have had that dropped pick in the 4th.

Wilson and Jones getting dragged around trying to tackle.

Whoever decided not to play Houston.

Whoever is responsible for multiple plays with 3-4 receivers bunched up in the same area. Most likely Hogan.

Kolo with his usual game. Worst interior OL in the league.

Giving up a 65 yard TD run on 3rd and 2.

Crappy Honker- The garbage deep throws to nothing and nobody on 2nd/3rd and 4 with over a minute left.

Honourable- Pokey’s catch, Brady’s effort.  Vaval’s returning.

i hate the futile feeling of being behind, knowing zach is playing brutal, and watching as he just continues to chuck. And knowing we wont adjust.

Especially after watching them play quick release / ball control against Hamilton.

I’m not a conspiracy theorist type. but the hammy games playbook install did look a lot like jackson’s offence in edmonton. And this one looks a lot like what we’ve seen the rest of the season.

I don’t buy that hogan was stripped of duties or any thing especially after this week. But i do think they looked at what hamilton does and decided to bring more of jackson’s stuff in. Why we didn’t run any of that this week is completely beyond me.

I’ll say too, billy jean as an offensive assistant/wr coach has handily under performed what bourgoins did with wrs previously here. No one knows what to do when zach scrambles, is pressured, and no one works off any one else. We should not see route/assignment failures at this point of the year. especially not regularly.

Maybe jean is being micro managed, or some thing. But when we have jackson and a coach for each position wrs should be on the same page with zach/our qb.

I've thought a lot about the 1991 team... Hosting the GC a year after being a GC-calibre team..... We went 9-9, whooped Ottawa in the WSF, then got stomped by Toronto in the EF. Curious if we see a similar end to the season this year...(Different teams, but you get me...)

I am not either, but the difference in these 2 games is night and day.

Giving up a TD on 3 & 2, with the RB almost untouched.

And giving up another TD when the opposing team fumbles a punt...of all the bloody things.

Certainly interesting and creative ways to lose.

Was at the game with the fam. Lots of BB fans in attendance who left empty handed. Just a meh effort with no urgency, complete 180 from our last game. I’d say we lost the line of scrimmage on both sides the ball yet again. BO did as much as he could. Game was close but ZC didn’t make the throws when needed, gave up some big yardage at key times but their kicker missed two field goals, they took penalties that aided us tremendously but didn’t make the plays when needed on both sides of the ball. Wasn’t the primary reason we lost the game but frequently running a three man front and rarely getting pressure on the QB is extremely frustrating to watch. Just don’t like the lack of aggressiveness to disrupt their qb. And an aside noticed Mitchell got some pretty good flak from MOS on a play and he just drifts off away from his teammates on the sidelines when the D is on and stands away on his own whatever that means. On a windy game like today having TW’s arm strength when we were going against the wind would have been nice.

for the life of me i will never understand how you look at what’s happening in this game and don’t go, hey let’s do more of that 2 step drop, hitch curl stuff.

You can’t expect to beat pressure packages with more bodies when you got guys inside losing 1on1 battles with regularity. You can only get the ball out faster.
