I don't know if he's even that.

He can't move anymore.  It's like watching an old man when he tries to scramble.  He can't move through reads in the pocket, hasn't adjusted his game to his physical reality.

Is Streveler going to go for the win or the tie?

Doesn't seem like we're getting much benefit from veteran players when guys like Nichols, Bonds, Neufeld, Kolankowski constantly make mistakes purely based on lack of communication.
