It's automatically reviewed on scoring plays.

The only reason it wouldn't be called is because Parker hadn't located the ball.  But it was an egregious level of contact from the receiver.  He stops, pushes Parker down, catches the ball and rolls on.

Appears Parker may have lost his footing a bit and was stumbling into hatcher who shoved him down. Definitely contact there. You can see it. Not sure it mattered tho. As I think Parker was going down on his own.
