  • I liked the part where @SpeedFlex27 quoted himself so he could regale us with his illustrious curling memoir.

  • Whether he comes back to Winnipeg or not, Strev will be a Bombers legend for life, after that playoff run (and all he did within it) and the post championship celebration... Afaic, he is a Bomber for

To me it's about trying to fix things in a logical a d systematic way. Team playing bad? Examine the game plans and preparation, if that doesn't work try moving the pieces you have around, if none of that works then you get on the GM to find some good players.

O'Shea has tried nothing and we got people here continuing to blame the GM... Like we got other issues to examine first.

Gonna take KW to get off his ass and find one.

Nah, Kyle's work is one. The Trinity don't replace players when the season is on.

Which is ironic since it was the late season addition of Collaros that turned the franchise around in 2019.

We also brought in Bighill late after he was cut by the Saints. We don't do things like that anymore. Once Ringmaiden & Goveia left it was over. The Trinity's Best Before Date has come & gone.

Desperately need oline help. How’s the Cline kid doing with Miami or the other guy who was undrafted but on our neg list apparently. Logan Taylor??? Something like that.

I’m all for trying out the new guys but anyone pretending any of them come in and make some immediate impact or all of a sudden we go from **** to the **** is ******* kidding themselves.

Dru Brown had more passing yards in 2 games than Zach did in all of his. This idea the O was designed specifically for zachs strengths is laughable when 70 percent of the time it’s deep ball or hope and a prayer. Thats not zachs strengths. Since when ? And it’s like the O is designed for Zach and a lawler type, throw it up and go get it. How is any of that zachs strengths today??

This is khari closing his eyes and chucking it down field to 85 all over again but we don’t got an 85 or even half of 85 even, and 8 don’t got 17s arm.

The problem with Collaros is his belief that his strength is still his deep ball. It isnt. And hasnt been for about 4 years. He just refuses to change and the coaching staff seem to think all his under thrown balls are fine.

Cline is buried on the Miami depth chart. Had their first preseason game yesterday and he was the 4th string RT. Outside chance he might make their PR but haven't heard much about his performance, good or bad.

Taylor, being a drafted player, has a better shot with the Chargers. He got a lot of playing time in their first game (58 snaps, which tied for the team lead) and so far in camp, he has outperformed another OL they took a few picks ahead him. He was the better prospect of the two so no surprise he has a better chance at sticking down there.

And we not built with recievers who can compensate for poor balls and fight to catch them

This stupid argument is voided by looking at Smith.. dude kills it every time he gets snaps and he only started because of injury... No one is saying moving pieces makes the team a top team, but it could make us better.... And isn't that the goal? You make moves and improve overall. That's what happened in 2019. They made moves, a lot with in-house pieces and suddenly the defense was ferocious.

Just build the roster properly for a start and let's get an accurate picture of what's there.

Like if the receivers on the pr aren't better than a bottom of the barrel Canadian guy why are they even in town?

Collaros' waning arm strength wasn't much of a problem so long as we had receivers who would adapt to the throws and fight for the ball. Not so any more.

O'Shea loves the company (and power).

Griffin for Kramdi..who was lauded on here as some kind of master out there...just cause osh said

The difference in play was huge...Kramdi could only dream he played half that effectively as Griffin

Imagine if some other spots got same kinda switch...u just never know unless u try..but just those 2 examples says alot as it was apparent they were better

I bet swapping out Wilson or Jones for ayers or woodbey full time too would have the same impact..u see it already in Woodbeys rotation reps

But those are osh vets and his bois..sad that someone has to go Tanya Harding on anyone for them to get replaced due to inferior talent...but in the osh world it is

Wasn't it the mafia who championed the "Next man up" mantra for replacments any way?

The idea that no one would be better than Moxey, our 5th wr, etc is hilarious.

All starters...and they here cause they give us a chance to win..how many times we heard that?

Yet no starter gets yanked for a different "starter" for poor play...or no "starter" gets to play when a starter is injured or knicked...we will play a less than 100 percent guy over these other starters...or just bump up a guy like Kelly or Ball to take starter snaps...make that make sense

Thats why I been saying that half the garbage that comes out of that smug face is horse crap b.s...and shouldn't even be taken as serious...it its just garble babbling of a person with no clue...take your pick

If Allen becomes available soon, does he get into the line up at all? Haven't heard much about him since his injury, so hopefully he's still in the teams plans.

I don't think we'll see him anytime soon. He was extended on the 6 game list (eligible to come off for Banjo Bowl) last month but around the same time that happened, DT said he was still hobbling around on crutches.

yikes gotta be done for the year for allen. Really sucks. We are paper thin at DB.

and odd/dumb we let one go..Jackson...Or maybe he decided to leave...Wouldnt blame him

Watching the Dolphins play, to see how Cline does and I know it's preseason but man are they bad. Cline is reportedly a long shot for their PR so we may see him sooner rather than later. Fins also brought Gronowski back after another QB got hurt so I get to watch him too (he just fumbled a snap on his last series so not great so far).

seen that coming...get in his ear...get him here now

Then Broxton slides over to left tackle, Eli goes to center and we're set.

I don't think he ready for tackle here yet...He needs to learn to play less upright...especially here with smaller edge guys...But he'd make a great 6th olineman, if we tried Eli at center to free up a DA spot...
