What has Willy done to show he'd be the better choice? 

I say if we don't get Collaros, it will be the same as us not getting Reilly. We could easily have revolving QB's again next year. I would love to see Collaros with Max Hall as the backup and perhaps one of Boltus or Brown, whoever is best.

October 9, is the trade deadline, only 17 days left.

It was reported that Ray is out 6 weeks on August 29th +/- 2 weeks depending on how rehab goes.

 

I wouldn't count on Collaros being traded before the deadline.

Well, if Collaros is off the table then you just turn your attention elsewhere.

Who says he isn't.  It is possible to talk to more then one team at once.  In fact, with only 7 other teams, there is more then enough time to concentrate on all of them.

 

I see no problem with being persistent on this, even if he is turned down every time.

 

Not that I think he is going to get BLM, but this is the most silliest thing I've ever seen the organization criticized about.

More like frustration left over from Friday.... What I said though. There's no way the Stamps trade BLM as he is their future. The Stamps fanbase has been pretty vocal in their support of Mitchell over Tate. In the words of Mr.Lahey, "There'd be a ****storm in Calgary if they traded him anywhere".

As I said, they've asked more than once & turned down everytime. Being in Calgary I know it's never going to happen. So the Bombers gotta move on.
