Well they have raised prices quite significantly since 2011 so nice to see they bringing it back to reality a bit.

As a lifelong hardcore jet fan, my non critical thinking sports is awesome response is OMG give them what they want, I don't want to lose the Jets twice!

My thinking this through and placing professional sport in its appropriate pecking order response is go F yourself, see ya if you're going to play that we'll move if you (government, corporations, public) don't ante up shite. 

Jets fans no longer in the "increase the cap" mode.

Winnipeg is a poor city,  with inflation and the rising cost of everything it will be a forever challenge to fill those seats at those prices.  

They need to fill in those season tickets with smaller packages. I had not been to a game since 2019, and they had a four-pack available, so I picked it up. Also got tickets to another four games with the deals they have had throughout the year.

Just read that Bettman's coming to the Peg early next week to chat with business leaders etc and is 'monitoring the situation'.

This should be fun.

Bettman mentioned clowns like him spreading BS and fear mongering. His Shtick is old and was old 20 years ago.

If they can't find scoring in the playoffs, they could totally be done in the first round. But, it's just as likely that Helle wins that first round by himself.

Yeah, I think that because the Jets aren’t exactly lighting up the scoreboard, it’s easy for an opponent to say they’re a fraud… But the biggest fraud in the league?  Come on.  Not to mention, the Jets style of play could translate very well into the playoffs.  And they have one of the best goalies in the league.
