Talent gets you chances but work ethic and a good attitude are what gets you success. Carter will likely never understand that.

He will. When his talent has faded due to age. And then the regret will settle in.

I am certain he will find someone other than himself to blame- his dad, his college coaches, the NFL, NFL coaches and GMs etc

Why would he blame the NFL and their coaches? He's already publicly stated that he could go and play in the NFL, if he wanted to. He just doesn't want to.

Actually,  there is probably lots of ocean front property for sale in Florida....I wouldn't mind living there myself for a bit.

Didn't Popp ditch him in Montreal? Some how I dont find this likely.

Well then I should have said he'll be Popp's problem AGAIN.....but you're right he parted company with Duron in Mont. before Popp ended up in T.O....In any event seems like they may be letting 'bygone's be bygone's' as it does sound like he's close to signing there..

TSN reports that Argos are expected to announce the signing of Duron Carter in the next few days.
