I don't think we need to but i wouldn't be against it if the riders can't get a deal done and Walters can give him a similar contract Waggoner had.

I have a feeling Judge is a very similar player to Waggonner and Jones did not take into account he would have to pay a STer 1st rd money. That's why Riderfans is pretty testy these days.

haha, I read your post, and basically said that exact thing in my head (#15... Matt Nichols??)... then I went to the Bombers site to confirm... b/c I like to research stuff before posting to make me seem smarter...

When i saw their testing results i can't recall exactly but i believe Waggonner's were slightly better but comparable, i think the fact Judge played for UCLA helps a lot though and his pedigree might be better with better coaching and playing in a better conference.

Out of curiosity what is the deal with Burton.  What does placing him on the suspended list mean? Miss a flight?  Passport issues?  Why would they do that and not release him?

Umm.. technically Gray is under contract too... just not to us.  So, ALL of our DP's are signed to professional contracts.  Jones has drafted one player that has a valid contract signed, Auclair.  Who has signed with.. the Bucs.

I know this is your schtick and everything, but we don't need that here. We know the deal with Gray, guys like bigg jay don't need to be corrected on semantics.

Not semantics, facts.  Sorry if you are that easily offended by correct information being posted.  Gray is not unsigned, stating so would be implying that Walters has not done his job in signing him.  Gray is not capable of being signed by the Bombers at this time, so there are no Bomber DP's not under contract.

All the Bomber draft picks *are* under contract now.   And there is one SSK DP under contract... to Tampa Bay.
