We aren't the only team thin at wr.

I would have rather played Lulay. Lulay will never be the same. He'll be lucky if he retains sensation in his arm after so many shoulder surgeries. Wonder if B.C. will go with Glenn or go after someone else. Tebowmania Reborn! Who is there to go after this year?

Just singles remaining unless they release more.

Fair enough! I'll do my best. If the "trouncing" starts early I'll just head over to that rum hut and check it out. One other related question, are there any pubs/restaurants downtown that do bus rides to the game? Something like $20 gets you a beer/ride/burger etc? Think Boston Pizza does. There is one not far from the MTS centre.

Man he is great under pressure. Think we have a keeper!

Will all depend on what happens in camp. Injuries mau play a part too.

Their OL is truly awful. Worst in the league right now. What are the changes on oline from last year?

Winnipeg vs. Hamilton discussion threadbryan35 replied to kelownabomberfan's topic in Blue Bomber Discussion From what I watched he was accurate on the short throws. Didn't see many long throws. His best asset is his legs.

So where are the rEdBlAcKs and Ticats going to play this week?bryan35 replied to IC Khari's topic in Blue Bomber Discussion Because most other provinces/cities don't have the cash to do that plan. I agree the BC Plan worked awesome but it also cost a buttload more money than either Winnipeg or Hamilton spent/are spending. weren't most the stands/seats left over from the winter olympics also? That played a role, also winnipeg had a stadium to play at so winnipeg is kind of irrelevant here. I don't know, all I know is that the government here spent $500 million on the stadium upgrade, with nary a comment or complaint from anyone, or even any discussion. It just "happened". A few socialists complained after the fact, but it never even was mentioned during the election last year. Imagine if the Manitoba government just decided to spend $500 million on a new arena for the Jets? Every old crank and nut in Winnipeg would be crying the blues and the issue would be debated endlessly. Here, no one even batted an eye. Was any Olympic money used for the project?

Comparative analysis - How bad is the Bombers OL?bryan35 replied to gbill2004's topic in Blue Bomber Discussion I think the offence plays are designed to get the ball away quicker this year. May also be that Willy is making quicker reads and getting rid of the ball sooner than Hall was. Think the oline has improved from early last year.

They need to broadcast another game. There are no other games on Thursday the 31st. They could do the Friday or sat games I guess. Showing a game in a 5,000 seat stadium would be a major black eye. With only 4000 fans in attendance

29,000 seats sold for tonightbryan35 replied to WinnipegBeach_BlueBombers's topic in Blue Bomber Discussion Doubt there are a 1000 fans wondering around polo park that will go to the game on a whim.

Maybe management believes bringing in Romby will help Willy in the short term. Thinking its important for a new qb to get some veteren support early on.

Improving fan experience & traffic flow after gamesbryan35 replied to gbill2004's topic in Blue Bomber Discussion Good to hear they will serve booze all game long. Hope some drunks don't do anything stupid to ruin it but at $10 a beer I doubt it.

Anyone know the official season ticket count?

If Messam can't start and can't play special teams the Bombers won't be bringing him here. End of story.
