Nichols , in the end, will always be a successful Bomber QB. He took a 1-4 team in 2016 and propelled us to where we are today, contenders and now champions. He saved everyones jobs and it's a shame he had to go, but, it's the right football move. Good for Walters and whoever else was in on this decision to choose Zach over Matt. Couldn't have been easy.

Nichols was $455K last year and that was overpaid. Collaros is $490K. That's below Reilly, BLM and Harris. Is Collaros, especially considering his injury history, the 4th best QB in the league?
Only $50K in playtime bonuses considering the concussion issues is dumb IMO.
I think we overpaid, but I'd rather have Collaros than Nichols.

This seems kind of ridiculous. We allowed what, an average of 14 points a game in the playoffs? I'll take my chances with a guy like that.

Apparently Speedy is having trouble keeping up with the Commissioner’s activities. I myself have not seen a Commissioner work so diligently in trying to promote the CFL  and putting out fires here and there, never mind dealing with the very difficult task of negotiating the sale of 2 franchises.

You might be right...but at what point do the Bombers move on from their older and injured QB's like Nichols and Collaros and go with the younger guy? I am not saying they should...but I'm guessing it's at least in their thought processes.
