I would take Green in a heartbeat. The guy still has lots of gas left, he just needs a qb to throw to him as hes been lacking that all season.

Get them into BMO field and a lot of things will be better.  Is that over-simplifying things?
 
MLSE is looking for financial contributions in terms of loans, not grants.  MLSE wants to pay the funds back.  The various levels of government need to iron this out and make it happen. You can't have the nation's largest city without a team in the CFL.  

Maybe a rough estimate. You have to factor in how many people went just cause it was guaranteed win night.
How much is spent on concessions by return visitors.
Ie if a seat sells for 80 bucks and wasn't going to sell, if you fill it for free but the patron buys beer and food, are you really out 80 dollars?

This is actually a great backstory...  I didn't see anything in our release that made any connection with team history or the Blue Bomber name and the jersey...

Keep in mind Sask barely beat the "by far worst team in the league" last week.

An off-year shouldn't cause panic.

Released by the Alouettes today. Drafted fifth overall by Calgary in 2012 but hasn't been able to get his career going. I know he hasn't done much since coming into the league but maybe someone to bring in for a test drive considering his passport? It couldn't hurt in my opinion.

Well petitioning may have an effect on the next cash grab redesign of the everyday jersey in a couple years though ........ Of course they'll change it 3 years later .........

My wife just pointed out that the new unis might cause the refs to confuse the Bombers with the mothership in TO and that we should see a lot of phantom and non-calls go our way LOL

I think it's about time to see how far another petition may go for the royal blues.

One of the issues is the lost opportunity.  If they'd designed a uni as nice as BC's, (Example from a non-designer:Royal Blue background, gold piped numbers, and a helmet with the Bomber brand on it), they'd sell thousands of the things.  The talk would be about using them as our standard unis instead of how ugly we're expecting them to be.
