If not for Andrew Harris, the Bombers would likely not be back-to-back champs... we could be looking at a 30+ year drought... when he agreed to come home to Winnipeg and help this perpetually losing franchise get back on track... that forever changed the fortune of the current day Bombers... I wish it didn't end the way it did... but I'll always be grateful for his contributions to the Bombers and will never have a bad word to say about him. He's probably the greatest Canadian RB to ever play the game... top 5 RB of all time (regardless of nationality) and one of the top 5 Canadians to ever play the game... So for this accomplishment, I would simply say Congratulation Andrew Harris.

Catching up on this thread a day late… unfortunately missed the game and managed to go all day yesterday avoiding the score… finally watched it last night… lots of thought but I’ll take it down to three things… 1) lots of talk about keeping 4 American receivers or finding a US RB, or bring in a US o-lineman … don’t forget the ratio… we still need to maintain 5 Canadians on offense. 2) speaking of the oline… what is Tui Eli up to?… correct me if I’m wrong but I think he can travel within Canada now?… would be a nice addition if he’s available 3) OPI…. Agudosi just needs to start doing things to gain respect… like spitting on players, eye gouging, throwing temper tantrums on the sidelines, and hitting players with their helmet in pre game… once he starts doing all those class acts… he’s get the respect he deserves to avoid OPI calls…

I don't think the Bombers will go PR plucking... it's not how they do business... if there is someone they have legitimate interest in, they would more likely reach out to that team to propose a trade.

Remember when Ross got released and signed by BC... it was just before Demski got hurt against Ham... so at the time we were looking OK for depth... of course, in hindsight, Ross would've been a valuable signing. BTW... can we all agree to refer to O'Leary-Orange as BOLO... I think hat would make life easier on all of us.

what's interesting about this is not the sheer number of penalties... but how many are of the roughness/disqualification variety.... if he had 10 offside penalties in 12 games, no big deal, just a little anxious to get to the QB... but 8 of his 10 (I'm counting 8 b/c his "holding" penalty against Ottawa was very clearly an intent to injure situation) penalties are major fouls... just crazy

Was just thinking the same thing about DT... he could've taken a pay cut to come here (probably didn't)... and it would still be a massive promotion... As for The ass clown Marino... the guy has played 13 games in the CFL... he's been ejected twice, fined twice (correct me if I'm wrong on that one, might be mistaken) and now received the longest suspension in CFL history... in THIRTEEN GAMES!... that's just 2/3 of ONE SEASON.... get this trash out of our league for good...

interesting Coombs is only 29 years old and currently a free agent... I'm thinking he's either got some kind of injury or is done with football... I'd think if he wanted to play and was healthy, someone would've given him a shot this year.

I agree with that... not saying he would necessarily be a superstar... just a curious "what if" about a player that showed potential but was in a bad situation.

Nate Behar is now one of my favourite (non-Bomber) players... I'll take that firey passion and love of his teammate over the trash he had to deal with on the other sideline... if that man is ever a free agent, he's welcome in Blue and Gold any day of the week, as far as I'm concerned
