Somebody around here said Holm was a good cover guy when he played in ND (I can’t remember if it’s UND or NDSU)… I can’t say I really noticed him in the last game… and that’s kind of a good thing for a db… since he’s been around since day one and not just for the last week… I like giving him a shot against Hamilton and if he can’t handle that team then time to move on…

I think you're right about "heat of the moment" and "instincts kicking in"... if they had left him the clock would've just run out. yes you are correct... but in this case the player wasn't giving himself up, he just went down as he was making the catch... I think if the Bombers hadn't touched him, Slimy is correct and the clock would've just run out

Simple explanation why other fans think the Bombers haven't suffered injuries... ignorance... in reality they see Collaros, Jefferson, Bighill, Bryant, Jeffcoat playing in every game and just assume the team hasn't had any significant injuries... they don't understand how important players like Wilson, BA and Ellingson (among many others) are to this team... it doesn't bother me... let them think it's just luck or the refs (largest LOL possible)... we'll just keep heading towards a third consecutive GC in historic fashion... Anyway... I know you like to **** on the Riders... and I find it mostly enjoyable and entertaining... but they have some decent players... Hickson is a player... Shaffer-Baker, Moore, and Evans are all good (problem is the guy throwing the ball)... and Leonard and Robertson are a good rush end tandem... I agree that this Riders team is nowhere near good enough to beat the Bombers or cause any damage in the playoffs... but they have about half a good roster

I think @CodyT's comment was more about how the fans feel about him... not how he feels about his "position" with the fans

BA at WIL is an interesting concept... my guess based on the team's previous decisions is that he probably won't play there... but I wouldn't hate to see it Not sure how accurate the measurables are on the Bombers website but BA is listed at 180... Meanwhile, Wilson is 221, Clements is 224, Briggs is 207 and Cole is 210... BA certainly plays bigger than 180 but I wonder if he's big enough to handle the run stopping duties of that position...

When the player is exceptional... you learn to live with some of the bad because of the good (see: Lawrence, Simoni).... but when a guy does more bad than good...
